I had the smoothest and knowledgeable guidance throughout my purchase process with Vivian Huston. The team and the referrals she has was on point. The process was streamlined and communication was clear from offer acceptance to closing. I recommend Vivian and her team and will use them again if the opportunity arises.
Vivian is a true professional. I referred her a close friend of mine and she rocked it. Not only did she go above and beyond for the client, she kept me informed with every step of the way. Oh, and most importantly, my friend was extremely happy with the service he received. She is definitely my go to realtor for everything Nashville!
Vivian was referred to us by a friend who purchased a house with her. With no other suggestions, we reached out and scheduled some showings with her. She came prepared with lots of information on all our showings. We viewed a total of 10-12 homes in the span of a week, and went back to our now home twice to ensure it was the home for us. She was extremely professional, honest, and kind. I felt like I was working with a friend rather than a salesman, and it made us feel confident in the home we purchased. I will absolutely reach out to her for our next home purchase.
Detail-oriented. Quick to respond. Attentive and very fair. I love to work with other agents who have these qualities. This is Vivian. Do yourself a favor. Call her!
Vivian was awesome to work with. She went above and beyond to help me find my new home. I moved here to Tennessee from Virginia so when I would come to look at houses she would have a lot set up for me to look at. She listened to what I wanted so we didn’t waste time looking at things I would not want. I love my new home! Vivian was also great at always responding to my messages and with moving from out of state I was always leaving messages. I bought my house without actually seeing it in person. Vivian and my daughter FaceTimed me. I would highly recommend Vivian if you are looking for a relator.
If you need a realtor in the Nashville area, look no further! Vivian helped us find the right property for our daughter, who will begin her studies there this fall. The process was smooth and seamless. Vivian was able to connect us with any resource we needed. She has a gift for hospitality and clearly enjoys her job. She is knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and prompt. She thinks of everything! We could not imagine having a better experience.
Vivian has helped me sell two homes. Each time has been nothing short of incredible! She is wonderful and great to work with. I will use her every time I need to buy or sell. 100% recommend.
Working with Vivian during the sale of our home was a great experience from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to answer questions throughout the process. Selling a home can be stressful, but Vivian made everything feel manageable and kept us informed every step of the way. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication were evident from day one. She worked hard to market our home, navigate negotiations, and ensure everything stayed on track through closing. I always felt like she had our best interests in mind. I would highly recommend Vivian to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She made a challenging process much smoother, and I truly appreciate all of her hard work and support.
