Customers consistently praise the shop for high-quality window tinting, paint protection film, and headlight services, noting professional staff, fair pricing, and efficient same-day turnarounds. Recurring themes include detailed workmanship, clear communication, and long-lasting results. However, low-star reviews highlight scheduling issues, specifically complaints regarding a required deposit and last-minute appointment cancellations that wasted customers' time.

We were extremely happy with our experience! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. The window tint looks fantastic, and the quality and attention to detail really stood out.
They did an excellent job, were efficient, and made the whole process easy. They also did my dad's car and both came out amazing. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality window tinting and great customer service. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future!
Shout out to Rob over at Vivid! I have been bringing my cars to him for years for our window tint. Just got another two cars done. He does a very good job. Has high-quality work and competitive prices. The communication was great. Was able to get both cars done the same day. I highly recommend him if you need tint not only on your car but even for your business.
Fast service! Rob got me in super fast after I got a window tint citation. Him and his colleague took off my tint during my lunch break and I was able to take care of my citation same day! Stellar service 👌🏽
The best tint shop! Pricing is fair and the people who work there are great! Tint looks absolutely gorgeous after 3 weeks. They really care about their customers.

We appreciate that! Happy to hear that you had a great experience. Thank you for trusting us with tint and ppf installation.
After talking to Robert about different types of tints I chose the ceramic tinting Robert said it would keep my car cooler then the cheaper tints and he was so right I can't believe it but I had 3 caddies with tinted windows but they weren't ceramic and they didn't block the sun as good as this and the job they did was perfect very professional I've had 6 cars tinted and this is the best job out of the 6 I highly recommend Vivid tinting in Vacaville you will get a very professional job
