Drew is a fake and a fraud. Do not Use him. He told me and a number of referrals that we were receive a discount for the referrals and none of us did. The numbers he quote you will not be the numbers that show up on your bill. I suggest going directly through Vivint much cheaper. After he gets the install, he will stop answering your calls and block you.

Not worth the price you pay get a better system on Amazon was told that I had the top of the line system best on the market less than 6 months old best AI there is fire system had nothing but issues with it disconnected it cuz they were willing to send me a better system but they wouldn't stand behind it had nothing but issues with it not impressed with it and then was told by their salesman that my system was nine years out of date 5 years out of date when I bought and that's why I'm experiencing all of my problems is because my equipment was out of date when they sold it but I should understand that and be okay with that because that's technology but yet that is not a reason for them to let me out of my contract because their equipment is junk and they lied through their teeth when they sold it to me and they will not let you cancel or will not let you out of the contract because and if you want to fix the problem they'll take more of your money to do what they should have done from the beginning but yet you're the one that has to be understanding typical commission-based rip-off con artist

Worst customer service ever. I was told by the customer service representative that if they came out and got my garage door hooked up to the system that it wouldn't cost me anything extra. The technician told me and let me take a picture of his. Ipad, showing that I would not be charged anything for the visit. I was then charged a $158 for equipment that I didn't even use. When I called my salesman, who sold me the system? He told me he would send me a Visa gift card for the $158, and I never received it. This company is very shady. Do not purchase a security system from them.

It’s super easy: if there is a “No Soliciting” sign posted, I don’t want you knocking on my door. I definitely don’t want to keep saying no while my family is eating at the dinner table.

There sales people have been to my house so often in the last 2 yrs its ridiculous and ive said no everytime. They will not stop. Ive asked them nicely to stop and now not so nicely. STOP
