Customers frequently highlight the company's punctuality, professional communication, and reasonable pricing for carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning services. Most reviewers describe the results as thorough, noting that stained furniture and carpets appeared significantly cleaner and fresh after treatment. However, two low-star reviews criticize the business for charging for square footage under heavy furniture without actually moving those items to clean the areas, while also describing their stain removal capabilities as poor.

5 out of 5 stars!
When looking for a company to compare, Vix Cleaning Services was extremely quick to respond with a quote. We were looking to clean some classrooms and the nursery at our church, and their pricing was very reasonable, so we decided to give them a chance.
They did such a terrific job that we immediately hired them to do the carpets for the entire church! They were even able to successfully get out multiple stains that were completely set in the carpets. They will be back in a few weeks to finish the rest of the building, and we are already expecting great results.
I am attaching our before and after photos so you can see the incredible difference for yourself. Truly a 5-out-of-5 experience—we highly recommend them!
