My appt was 4-5 pm . It’s 5:30 it’s a no show! Waited 3 weeks for service. No response to ETA now.
Your online booking site allowed to to make the appt . I was also sent a reminder that I had appt scheduled.
I couldn’t except your next day offer cuz I was busy . Sorry for mixup!

let's put some facts into your story,
You booked the appointment on a day that was blocked off. (out of the office that day)
I tried to reschedule with you after you texted me (shame on you for missing your appointment) That was the first time I know I missed an appointment.
You didn't want to reschedule the appointment. But you got online to give a bad review right away.
Again sorry for the mix up.
Gary did a really nice job installing a water heater for us. I appreciate his attention to detail and the care to ensure everything was correct. I highly recommend his services.

Thank you for your review and I look forward to working on your next project.
We just bought a new house that needed work done, and we are so happy we called Gary to help us. He converted an entire laundry room back to a third bedroom for us, removed old switches and ran new electrical, hung four light fixtures/ceiling fans, and did so in a super efficient timespan. In less than 6 days, Gary made three trips back out to us to ensure the job was done in time for the carpet company to lay down new carpet. He was courteous, friendly, and super efficient. He worked extremely hard all day yesterday and well after business hours to meet the deadline. His quote and final invoice came in well below any other competitors. He and is wife are lovely people, and we will absolutely be using him for any future projects. We can’t thank him enough!

We couldn’t be happier with the work Gary did for us. He installed 11 new doors, all the trim and baseboards, painted our living room, and took care of a few other things along the way. He takes pride in his work and pays attention to all the little finishing touches.
Gary was professional, kind, dependable, and even went out of his way to pick up our door order for us. It was also great meeting his wife. We’re so happy we found Gary, will work with him again and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for someone who cares about doing quality work!

Thank you for your review and I look forward to working on your next project.
Gary did some work for me in opening up a doorway that had been sealed off for years. When it was done it looked as if it had always been open. Just beautiful! I could not be more pleased. Gary was punctual and completed the work in a timely manner. His prices were fair. I will be using Gary for all my home repairs!
