I am completely satisfied with the service beginning with the office personnel. The service techs Mason and Dakota were skilled and friendly and kept me informed throughout the diagnostic process. My most recent service call has been only the second time My furnace installed by Vogt many years ago needed repair. My issue was repaired quickly. The pricing is more than fair where my final thoughts were that for me a modest income household, categorized it as " that was much cheaper than I had thought I would have to pay.

Vogt's did some maintenance on our furnace recently, including the filter. They also did a quick warranty repair to get the air conditioning running again during the hottest week. They're always quick, friendly, and professional. They're the only ones I call and would recommend 100%.

AC went out. Mason came out to trouble shoot found issue within minutes had the part available on the truck and able to get the AC working again. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I have used Vogt Heating and Cooling for furnace repair, ac maintenance and furnace replacement. They have always been very honest in their dealings with us. Their work has been fast friendly and dependable. Their prices have been very reasonable, usually less than the prices quoted by competitors. I have never felt taken advantage of. Two weeks ago, our heat went out and I called Vogt Heating. They had a technician out the next day. Scott is familiar with our boiler and has been one of the technicians that have worked on our boiler for years. He found one of the issues, but the actual boiler was temperamental (which is per usual these last few years) and would work and then not. Scott cleaned the whole thing and it wouldn’t work. He went through all the other things that could be off and found nothing. He was here for a few hours just trying to troubleshoot the problem, even calling the owner at Vogt to help think of what could possibly be causing the problem. After calling the manufacturer, they concluded that it could be the board, which our model is no longer in production of course. In order to fix it, they would need to retrofit the new model, which would be a few thousand dollars. The last few years, Vogt has come to the rescue with lengthy and pricy replacements, not of their fault, just our luck. At this point, we decided to order a total replacement instead of pouring even more money into our current franken-system that is about 20 years old. Scott and all the people at Vogt worked together to fast track our process in getting the new system. Jason came out on Monday to start the process and got us a quote and Jordan ordered everything we needed as soon as he got the OK from us. Because we would be out of heat AND hot water, Jordan even talked to another customer to see if they could come here to install as soon as possible. That was yesterday, the two week mark from the boiler going bad. Two weeks of space heaters, two weeks of layers of sweatshirts, two weeks of heating water on the stove to wash our hair and bodies. Yesterday, the install team came out and did their magic! Of course, nothing is ever easy around here and they ran into a lot of unexpected problems. They were working hard here until 8:30 at night and put in a 12 hour day in my basement.<br><br>This morning, I had a smile on my face walking out of my bedroom to an actual WARM home. My family each had a hot shower. We can wash our hands with warm water now. My daughter said before school this morning simply, “I like having warm water.”<br><br>I can’t recommend Vogt Heating enough. Everyone was incredible in this process and I feel like a valued customer. I don’t feel like I was urged to spend unnecessary money, in fact, they were all aware of all the replacements we’ve already installed. Everyone was professional and really went out of their way to do their best job. We’ve worked with Vogt since we moved into our house in 2011 and have always had a positive experience.<br><br>Yay for heat!
