We used Voila to stage our home that was previously rented out and vacant and it truly made a difference with the sale. It is a smaller home but they laid out the primary rooms to assist potential buyers visualize living here and we received multiple offers the first weekend. They were flexible with the staging and removal based on our schedules and made the process effortless for me and my wife. Thanks again!
7 showings in 6 months to 13 showings in 2 weeks!<br><br>I had a vacant Philadelphia rental property I was desperately trying to get rid of for over a year.<br><br>Originally I listed it at 210k in May 2025 based on the most recent appraisal. I dropped the price eight times down to 185k by November of 2025! During that time there were only seven showings.<br><br>In May of 2026 I had Voila Design Home provide professional home staging services. I re-listed it around 205k.<br><br>13 showings in 2 weeks, sold at full asking.<br><br>Go to MLS and look up PAPH2533012 & PAPH2618188 to see for yourself.<br><br>I had never used a staging company before and felt nervous about the process.<br><br>I contacted several companies. Most replied with rushed form letters asking for a deposit with a list of furniture that did not seem like it would even fit in a small Philadelphia row home. I did not want strangers showing up with generic furniture disproportional to the space.<br><br>Tiffany at Voila Design was the only owner who personally called me. She walked me through the entire process and reviewed the interior to create a plan for each room.<br><br>The designer who came on staging day was incredibly knowledgeable. She took her time in every room and tested different combinations of furniture, artwork, lighting, and accessories until the layout felt right. It was clear she took pride in her work.<br><br>The two dudes moving everything were very polite and professional. They avoided scuffing any walls despite the tight hallways and stairwells. They even swept and mopped before they left.<br><br>Tiffany, Melissa, and the full Voila Design Home team stayed communicative from start to finish.<br><br>After this experience, I would never list a property without staging again. They exceeded my expectations and I look forward to working with them in the future.
We hired Voila for a client's home staging project; however, the service did not meet our expectations. Communication was lacking, marked by numerous last-minute notifications and frequent schedule changes. Additionally, we found it necessary to request the replacement of several furniture and decor items to better suit the space and enhance the home's overall aesthetic. Unfortunately, our feedback was met with defensiveness rather than a proactive willingness to address the issues. Although Voila did replace several items following our calls and emails, the customer service experience was unsatisfactory, leading me to refrain from recommending them to my professional colleagues.<br>Furthermore, a grill box was inadvertently removed from the property, resulting in significant costs as we were in the process of installing a grill. It appears that a member of the Voila staging team mistakenly assumed the box was trash. Given this experience, I do not recommend this staging company.
Voila and their team did a great job staging our house for sale. It was a pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend their services.
