robin was super helpful, very sweet and gave me a lot of knowledge about my situation.

To be fair, I haven't actually used this firm yet, although I spent a bit of time discussing my case with Robin, their Frontline person, and truly appreciate her time and knowledge and understanding. Ultimately, I was able to locate my attorney who was missing an action for a quick minute, And decided to continue my case with her, but I believe that if I continued having issues, I would have signed on with Von Dohlen. I’m grateful for the successful outcome of my case. While the paralegal was very nice in the beginning, communication became much more silent toward the middle and end. Compared to other legal experiences I’ve had, the overall communication fell short of my standards. I found it unusual not to have direct phone or email access to my attorneys, having to rely entirely on an online portal instead. Responses through the portal often took a long time, leading to a lack of a heads-up before my court appearance and delays with billing questions. Overall, a positive legal result, but the administrative communication and accessibility could use significant improvement. Thank you, and blessings to you!

I had a great consultation with Natalie which I discovered was not common theme amongst law firms. She was informative and gave insight that I did not get with the six total consults I had before choosing a firm. I could only imagine that her full service would have also been great had I chosen her firm. Unfortunately I could not afford her services but definitely would have had I been able.
