Customers frequently praise Vortex for punctual, professional technicians who provide detailed explanations and before-and-after photos of air duct, dryer vent, and mold remediation services. Pricing is generally described as fair, though some reviews note unexpected fees for inspections or final invoices that exceeded initial quotes. A recurring criticism involves poor communication and unprofessional conduct, including instances where promised repairs were ignored, work was left incomplete, or staff displayed disrespect during interactions.

Hello Roger, Thank you so much for your support of our family owned business! Also, thank you for taking the time to give us a 5 star review!! Natalie
Gavin and his coworker were very professional, punctual and performed an excellent cleaning service for Vortex Duct Cleaning Service. Everything was cleaned up after they finished and the whole house has lost that musty smell. Well done!
Thank you for the great review! We're glad Gavin and his coworker provided professional service and left your home clean and fresh. It's wonderful to hear that the musty smell is gone! We appreciate you choosing our small business.
Workers were very friendly. They did a great job
Thank you for the fantastic review.
The two guys were very nice and got right to work without disturbing much. There was a mess made accidentally but the company followed thru and offered to come back and clean it up or offered a $50 refund for the mess. I had already cleaned it up so they are sending me a check. Excellent customer service! Mistakes are made sometimes and I appreciate their commitment to excellence!
Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we’re truly sorry. Our goal is always a clean, dust-free job, and it’s clear we fell short at your home. We’re glad our technicians were respectful and worked carefully, but dust coming through your upstairs intake and settling in your stairwell and living areas is not the experience we want for any customer. We’d like the chance to make it right, including coming back to finish cleaning up. Please call Matt or Natalie directly at the office number,
Vortex came highly recommended. They sent highly qualified technicians to clean our ductwork, and they did a great job. Our home smelled and felt cleaner almost instantly, and the air in our home has remained fresh since the cleaning. We only wish we would have done this sooner. We definitely would recommend.
Thank you so much for the kind words and for trusting Vortex with your air duct cleaning! We’re thrilled to hear your home smelled and felt fresher right away and that the air has stayed clean since. That’s exactly what our pull-method system is built to do. We really appreciate the recommendation. If you ever need water damage restoration, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup or any other restoration work, our team is here for you. Thanks again!
Great service for our dryer vent issue! Highly recommend, easy to schedule, great communication prior to arrival and very professional on sight to explain the work and results. Thank you!
Thank you for choosing Vortex for your dryer vent cleaning! We’re so glad scheduling was easy and that our technician kept you informed before arriving and walked you through the work and results. A clean dryer vent helps prevent dryer fires and helps your dryer run more efficiently, so we’re happy we could take care of it for you. We appreciate the recommendation, and we’re here anytime you need air duct cleaning, restoration or other services.
After multiple inspections by different companies we had Vortex come out and Shaun was by far the most thorough in his inspection..attic, crawl space, checked nearly every vent, opened up the hvac handler and found our Mold source. He answered all my questions and gave a detailed explanation of remediation plans. When the team came out to remediate they went above and beyond to handle the situation and even helped us find the source of a small leak they found while they were under the house.. I would recommend them highly.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and recommendation! We’re glad Shawn was able to thoroughly inspect your home, identify the source of the mold, and clearly explain the remediation process. Our team takes pride in going above and beyond for our customers, and we’re happy they could also help identify the small leak under your home. We truly appreciate your trust in Vortex and are grateful you chose us to help resolve the issue!
We had our air ducts cleaned on a home we just purchased, they were really dirty due to pets and dirt . Vortex completely cleaned them and all the ducts etc. Great service and both of the service techs were super friendly and did a great job of explaining the process . Highly recommend them
Congratulations on the new home. Thank you for choosing our small business for your air duct cleaning. We appreciate your recommendation and hope you’re settling in nicely.
Hard working guys, quick and efficient work! Prices were fair!
Thank you for the kind words! We’re glad our crew got the job done quickly and efficiently and that you felt the pricing was fair. We appreciate you choosing Vortex!
Pretty awesome service! The stuff they took out of the ducts was surprising. Nothing crazy just a lot of things you find from the ducts of a 50 year old system. The team was professional and prompt. The price was good, too. Highly recommend!
Thank you for the recommendation! Fifty years can leave plenty hiding in those ducts, haha, and we’re glad our team could get them cleaned out for you. Great pictures of the truck! Thanks for choosing Vortex!
