W.C. Heritage Shutters and Shades

There is a good reason that this company has a solid 5 stars on both Google and Yelp. Oscar is not only good at what he does but he is a genuinely good guy. We had an idea of what we wanted with the shutters but he helped us brainstorm a solution for our shades and it turned out beautifully. He provided suggestions but was never pushy nor rushed us through any decisions. I am someone who needs time to consider my options and Oscar was very patient and friendly. I also appreciated that in each visit whether to measure the windows or to provide a quote (we had him come out twice), he wore booties over his shoes; these details were appreciated. Oscar and his daughter Alyssa were both great to work with. They contract out the installation, and even the installer was great; he worked quickly and efficiently. Oscar also helped me fix a broken piece to my pre-existing shutter. These professionals are the real deal. I’m so happy with how everything turned out. If you are looking for new window shutters or shades, look no further.

I selected this company because they were friendly, honest, and true professionals, unlike many companies today. They showed up on time, returned my calls and texts promptly, helped us pick the best window treatments for our particular windows, and made the installation easy. They listened carefully to what we wanted. We have some architectural challenges in our home and they helped me choose the best solution.

I love my new shutters! I had them installed throughout my home. They look beautiful! I just want to say that Heritage Custom Shutters is a fantastic company! Oscar and his “family” have been a joy to work with! Oscar responds quickly, is very knowledgeable, and delivers a product on time, as promised!

Professional, friendly, quality and service is why I'll only use Heritage Shutters for all my window covering needs. My experience was exceptional and it's always a pleasure to business with nice people. Five 🌟 's !!!!!

Quality shutters. Friendly service.

The quality of the product and the people at Heritage are five star. We are very happy with our shutters and recommend Ali and Oscar to anyone who is looking for a pleasant and secure experience in purchase and installation.

Amazing! Customer service and product. We had installed shutters and blinds in November. Couldn’t be any happier with the service, our blinds and shutters. Oscar’s explanation of his products was always on point. Will never use anyone else or refer anyone but Oscar. Thank you Oscar for making our home look even better. Many blessings.

We just had Roman shades installed in our home and we could not be happier, not only with the product but also with the level of service, expertise, and skill that Oscar had. Starting from the consultation, Oscar was incredibly patient -- offering any advice whenever we asked for it. He not only helped us go through the different items that were offered, but also helped narrow down to our final choice. Oscar's communication throughout the process was also a breath of fresh air. He kept us up to date with the latest information and ensured we were kept in the loop leading up to the installation day. On the day of the installation, Oscar arrived on time and quickly got to work. They were incredibly clean and thorough throughout the process and made sure to walk us through how to use them and maintain them. He followed up to also make himself available should we have any questions or concerns. Overall, we're incredibly happy with the product and service. We would not hesitate to reach out again if we want additional window treatments in the home. We highly recommend Oscar and his team!

Very professional job, good ideas for design for new shades, very knowledgeable - on time, good work, everything as promised...and nice people too!

Well deserved 5 stars. Oscar and his crew were awesome. Very polite, quick and efficient.
