In the past we used two of the big brand Electrical organizations but fired them both. We ran across W3 and called for a couple projects this week. London, the Electrician came out and was awesome. Super professional and great personality. He didn't try to upsell us on a bunch of stuff, just stated the facts and we sincerely appreciated that. Phenomenal job, London!

Good, reliable and trustworthy. Been working with W3 for at least a couple years. Got tired of overpriced companies with mediocre service. W3 is professional and transparent on their pricing. They come and take a look. Explain the options. Then quote them. They have a price list so you know their treatment is consistent. Recently, Jimmy Alvarado installed an EV charger in our garage. Good guy, good experience. I've worked with several other technicians and found them all to be solid people. Give W3 a call! PS - communication is very good. Text messages with a picture of the tech when they're on the way.

Zach Stinson is by far the best service technician who came out to help me today. He has gone above and beyond to make sure myself and my English bulldog has cold air flowing. He waited to ensure we were safe! You do not see this exceptional service anymore, Zach truly is one of a kind.
