We have been bringing our 5 year old dog there for a few years now and haven’t had any issues until this year. This past May we got him back after a weekend stay and he ended up getting conjunctivitis in one of his eyes. We understand boarding is a risk but this was the first time our fur baby has gotten something from staying. We dropped him off again for boarding a little over 2 weeks ago with our other dog for a longer stay and this time we asked for him to get a haircut since he has had some mild allergies and has a thick wirey coat. We pick them up and immediately an employee warns us that when grooming him, they didn’t realize he had “warts” or “skin tags” on his face and to prepare for cuts and bleeding. We got him back and notice the cuts, we appreciated the warning but almost a week later, our baby is still healing. We also noticed when picking him up that both of his eyes are swollen, red and looks like one may have gotten conjunctivitis again. Also, it looks like one side of his mouth has been shaved and most of his whiskers were cut off and has had a large swollen right side of his mouth that looks painful. You can tell they may have started on that side, noticed the mistake and avoided it on the other side because he has more whiskers on his left. Maybe it’s just the groomer they had that day (unfortunate for our dog) but we are overall very unhappy with how we’ve gotten our baby returned with so many issues. He’s been struggling all week with everything he has now. Will start to look elsewhere because despite it being conveniently close to where we live, it’s not worth the unfortunate surprises we get at pick up.
Also wanted to add that they did not return our measuring cup with our dog food.

Hi Jessica, We are sorry to hear about your bad experience but we are very confused as we don't have any clients with your name nor any situation that matches what you are describing that we are aware of. We actually have a Vet Warranty program that would pay for medical problems so we document everything, but we have no documentation for this at all. My dog Harvey LOVES this place and so do I. He goes to day camp every Friday and the ladies at the front are ALWAYS so sweet and excited to see him. He has boarded here and had a great time and I also get him groomed here! They also do picture day for every holiday which I love! Prices are reasonable when you buy the day camp packages and boarding is super reasonable as well. 10/10 I would recommend Waggin Tails to anyone who wants to spoil their dog. Thanks Waggin Tails. :)
Our pets love going there and can't wait to get inside once we arrive. Both our dogs have health issues and we can leave them with Waggin Tails and know they will get great care while there.

Waggin’ Tails is the only place we trust to care for our fur baby. We use them for both day care and boarding. Ozzy gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot, and they act just as excited to see him! They’re professional while offering a home-like atmosphere.

This place is a wonderful place to take your dog for day care. The people always greet you and your doggie with a warm smile. She absolutely loves going there and is worn out when picked up.

Wide open spaces with ponds was ideal when selecting Waggin' Tails. Everyone from the front desk to the employees who are attending to my dog are friendly and helpful. Before moving to Texas, I never had to board my dog, so I'm happy to have found a great fit.
