John and his team built a beautiful new home for our family after we lost our previous home in a fire. The craftsmanship and finishes are of excellent quality, and the project was completed on schedule. John also went above and beyond by working with our insurance company during the settlement process, which was very helpful.

His honesty, integrity and quality of workmanship made the project a great experience. Every step of the way, we felt that John was our partner. His philosophy was “I want you to love your home”. My wife Kathy, and I first met Bobby and John Walsh in 1988 when we were looking to build a custom home in one of their early developments in North Walpole. They had a good reputation for building a quality home, and being enjoyable, and reasonable to work with. The project was completed on time, on-budget, and they were very responsive for any required follow-up. The sub-contractors that they used were terrific to work with as well. Fast-forward to 2005, and we purchased a two and a half acre parcel of land on the lake in North Walpole to build our dream home. It was a very large and complicated project, but we never thought of anyone, other the Walsh Brothers to complete the project. Once again, they were terrific work with on this new project. Building a home can be very stressful, and not too many home owners go back to their first time home builder to build their second home, and not too many home owners become family friends with their builder and their family. Building a home can be a stressful process, but working with JT and his team was the exact opposite. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Homebuilders often get a bad reputation, but JT’s company truly breaks that mold. During the selection process for finishes—countertops, cabinets, tiles, and more—we repeatedly heard unsolicited praise from employees at various vendors. As soon as they learned JT was our builder, they would go out of their way to mention his exceptional work and integrity. That reputation is well-earned. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in our home are impeccable. JT ensures every aspect of the build meets his high standards, and his contractors are top-notch. What really set him apart was his willingness to go above and beyond, regularly doing things for us that he wasn’t obligated to do.
