John and his team built a beautiful new home for our family after we lost our previous home in a fire. The craftsmanship and finishes are of excellent quality, and the project was completed on schedule. John also went above and beyond by working with our insurance company during the settlement process, which was very helpful.

Walsh Brothers Construction has built three homes for our family over the years. I found them extremely easy to work with, the quality and attention to detail was second to none and most impressive was the timely delivery. Anyone would be fortunate to have the Walsh Brothers build their next property.

Walsh Brothers Builders are the best. They were highly responsive to my many inquiries, calls and questions. I always felt confident they were looking out for my best interest. The most important aspect when working with a builder is trust. I wholeheartedly trusted the entire Walsh team in realizing the house of my dreams.

We recently moved into our new home and our experience with Walsh Brothers Builders exceeded all expectations. John is a pleasure to work with. His honesty, integrity and quality of workmanship made the project a great experience.
Every step of the way, we felt that John was our partner. His philosophy was “I want you to love your home”. He guided us through the many selections required in a custom home and whatever we requested, he made it happen. He clearly loves what he does and it showed in the finished product.
I highly recommend Walsh Brothers.

Top-notch, professional, and efficient!
My family and I have had the pleasure of working with Walsh Brothers Builders on multiple projects, over the past 20 years. From building our home from the ground up, refreshing our barn, to finishing our basement, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their workmanship has been impeccable and their attention to detail, quality of materials, and precision in every task has made each project a success.
The Walsh’s are honest, transparent and provide great advice on where it makes sense to invest a little more and where you can save, ensuring the project stays within budget while not sacrificing quality. It's rare to find contractors that offer such thoughtful guidance!
Their collaborative and clear communication ensures everything runs smoothly and projects remain on schedule. Next steps and expectations were always defined, we always knew where we stood and when to expect the next phase to be completed etc.
Overall, working with Walsh’s has been a fantastic experience, and I would not hesitate to hire them again for any future projects. They’ve earned our full trust, and we truly believe they deliver top-quality work at a fair price.

My wife Kathy, and I first met Bobby and John Walsh in 1988 when we were looking to build a custom home in one of their early developments in North Walpole. They had a good reputation for building a quality home, and being enjoyable, and reasonable to work with. The project was completed on time, on-budget, and they were very responsive for any required follow-up. The sub-contractors that they used were terrific to work with as well. Fast-forward to 2005, and we purchased a two and a half acre parcel of land on the lake in North Walpole to build our dream home. It was a very large and complicated project, but we never thought of anyone, other the Walsh Brothers to complete the project. Once again, they were terrific work with on this new project. Building a home can be very stressful, and not too many home owners go back to their first time home builder to build their second home, and not too many home owners become family friends with their builder and their family. We would highly recommend Walsh Brothers Building for your homebuilding project.

Building a home can be a stressful process, but working with JT and his team was the exact opposite. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Homebuilders often get a bad reputation, but JT’s company truly breaks that mold.
During the selection process for finishes—countertops, cabinets, tiles, and more—we repeatedly heard unsolicited praise from employees at various vendors. As soon as they learned JT was our builder, they would go out of their way to mention his exceptional work and integrity. That reputation is well-earned.
The craftsmanship and attention to detail in our home are impeccable. JT ensures every aspect of the build meets his high standards, and his contractors are top-notch. What really set him apart was his willingness to go above and beyond, regularly doing things for us that he wasn’t obligated to do. Even years after we moved in, if I have a question, he responds promptly and is always helpful.
