Ware was able to create a french drain along the whole side of our relatively flat yard to get the water from the sump, two downspouts, and low spot gathering groundwater to dispurse away from the house. The team was responsive leading up to the job day and answered my questions as they worked. It looks great!

I don’t find a business at the address you indicate. Looking at the Google map and the actual photos, your office seems to be simply a residence ??? Do you actually have an office/operation or is this simply another case of…?

Had Ware do work few years ago… company promised lifetime warranty. They connected sump line to the external French drain line… and everyone I talked to said that should’ve NEVER be done. Now I am having major drainage issues and I cannot even get a return phone call from a human being. Very pub par customer service

We had a great experience with WARE Landscaping. We hired them to fix some drainage issues around our home, including water settling near the foundation and sump pump runoff going in the wrong direction. Mike, the owner, came out and recommended a French drain and some grading to redirect the water. The whole process was smooth, the team was professional and easy to work with, and they did a great job explaining everything along the way. We’ve had quite a bit of rain since the work was completed, and the drainage issues have been resolved. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely use WARE again. Highly recommend!

I originally left a great review for Ware . They were great to work with until the job was done, they had our money and we had a problem. They did a small landscaping project of laying some sod for us. We questioned at the time why the sod put down in the parkway looked half dead compared to the sod that arrived later and was a plush beautiful green. We were told it would come back, this was normal, just follow the watering schedule. Most of it did come back, with a lot of weeds and some very thin spots. The lawn in our front parkway looked half dead for a month. We pull weeds every night, lots of weeds. We have contacted them by phone, email, text. At first we were given the answer, " I will pass your concerns to the team", then " "someone will be out to look at your lawn ", "I got busy, I will come tomorrow*, ( that was two weeks ago). I sent another email several days ago, nothing. I cant even get a simple reply on if and when we can use a post emergent weed killer. When we were upset about the condition of some of the sod initially, we were told not to worry, everything has a one year warranty. What good is a warranty when they wont even talk with you to help fix this. I hate giving bad reviews,I have tried since the second week of July to work with or even talk about how to resolve this. However, I could not in good conscience leave a positive review and have others make this same mistake.

The pictures tell the story. This is my yard after the final project was completed. I had a drainage ditch put in, a patio, and spring clean up done. I paid for half of the work at the end of February. I was told the work would be done in April the latest May. I turned in all my documents promptly and the work did not get started til the end of June beginning of July. I had to call daily to get anywork done. I was told this project would only take 3 days. It took weeks. I lost the use of my backyard for weeks. They stored supplies in my driveway that they did not need for Mt project. They did not work when they said they would. They laid the sod which is dead when I was out of town after I told them I would be out of town. We were averaging 95 degree days when they laid the sod. Customer service is horrible. I still have standing water. The cherry on top. They took money out of my checking account without my authorization. I hope you go with someone other than ware. I gave them 1 star because I do have a completed patio.

I received a full refund from Ware after a complaint that they resolved. They are an honest and trustworthy company.

The crew were great to work with and did an outstanding job. Ware exceeded our expectation with quality, pricing and staff.

We used them for lawn maintenance and mulch. They were very reliable and always showed up. Our bushes and ground cover were trimmed always and looked amazing. Highly recommend them :)

Excellent job. Couldn't ask for better. Design, workmanship and pricing all top notch. I would recommend them to family and friends. No regrets. I'd come back in the future if I needed any work done. Very happy with the outcome. Thank you.
