Google reviewers rate Warp Zone highly for its extensive inventory of retro and modern video games, accessories, and media, noting that items are typically tested and in good condition. Customers frequently praise the friendly staff, fair trade-in values, and the availability of free arcade games for children. A recurring criticism involves the store's item hold policy, which some shoppers find restrictive as it can limit in-store availability for days or weeks.

If I could give more stars I would! Amazing place. The staff is very friendly and kind. They do not low ball you on trades. They have a huge selection on all kinds of games for a variety of consoles as well as accessories. Highly recommend!!
Such a great place to explore things
I would like to start by saying that this store caught me by complete surprise. Being a nearby resident and not even knowing they existed was most definitely my loss. Luckily another store mentioned Warp Zone to me and I’ve been a regular customer ever since. These guys go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. They are always friendly in person or over social media. Their pricing is fair even when you’re purchasing a rare game or item. I am not a career gamer. I just enjoy playing once in a while, but these guys always have the retro titles to take me back to my youth and plenty of brand new stock as well! Couldn’t recommend them enough and no I am not in any way affiliated with them or being paid for this review. 5/5 for excellent customer service!
Get all our old gaming needs here !! They are so helpful and have fun arcade games for the kids to play while we shop!!
Thank you so much! :)
Excellent little retro store! Very friendly and informative staff that have a wide selection of games and accessories for many generations of consoles.
Great store! I LOVE this store. I wish it was closer to me. It’s four hours away, but I’ve still shopped there a number of times. It’s that good! Owner is very honest and nice. Great selections of items. Sometimes selections are better than other times but overall it’s really good. I would be there all the time if I lived close. But I still try to go at least once a year, if not more. I’ve been going there for years, since their store used to be in a shed in a residential neighborhood. It was really awesome then too, believe it or not. Now it’s a cool big store with an arcade area. Don’t let the fan go into a Mom and pop store or that they used to be in a shed fool you. This is a legitimate professionally run game store.
I love going in here for all my PlayStation and WI game needs. I actually found a guide for 1 of my games there also
Best Retro store in PA!
An amazing place, great staff they're are very knowledgeable about video games, card games, movies and other collectibles, the store has a little bit of everything and more importantly they have great prices and they're stuff is always tested and working perfectly 👌
One of my favorite retro game stores I've visited. Very well organized, a huge selection of sega stuff all things considered! The owners cleaned out the cartridges of the game I bought just as I was checking out. I came at closing hours and the owners were very friendly with leading me out. Store also has an arcade area, and movies playing in the background. Would strongly recommend.
