When people say relationships matter in business, they aren’t kidding! I’ve worked with Jake for several years on various power washing jobs for a landscape company, and when I recently changed jobs, he was the first person I called when I needed help at my new company. Jake answered the phone right away, was on-site the same day to provide a quote, and had the job completed within a week. The client was happy, the work was done right, and there were no complaints. I highly recommend Jake for his quality of work, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. I had a really great experience with Wash-Tech from beginning to end! Communication with Jake was always friendly, professional, timely, and transparent. He made the whole process easy and comfortable, and I really appreciated how responsive and helpful he was. Josh, who came to clean the exterior of my home, was equally wonderful. He was running a little late due to a truck issue, but he was very apologetic when he arrived. He was incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and hardworking, and managed to complete the job in about two hours, even though my house is fairly large! What impressed me most was not just the service itself, but the genuine kindness, courtesy, and trustworthiness of everyone I interacted with. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that makes you feel comfortable and confident from the very first conversation. The cleaning was just completed today, but based on my entire experience, Wash-Tech has definitely earned my trust. I would happily recommend them and use their services again!
