Called today to get service changed from recent provider, Donna was very nice and had me set up in just a few minutes and answered all the questions I had.

This is the 3rd pick up not done. I've called 3 times nothing happens. How about a refund for no pick up.

I was hoping this issue would be resolved today, but after a 6th call to the Crestview office my trash is still not picked up. My trash has not been picked up in 2 weeks. Every time I call they say no worries, we will make a note it will be picked up the next day, but it still has not been picked up!! I have called multiple times with NOTHING resolved. When I called today, I got the same reply "sorry, it will be picked up tomorrow" even though I was told it would be picked up TODAY. I asked if at all possible if they could still come today (it's 1pm) but that was not possible I guess We have paid our bill and our trash can is out by the road 24/7 available for pick up. We did our job, but apparently they are not able do doing theirs.

I called today to change my services from a local provider and pleasantly surprised with the customer service from start to finish . It is so nice to talk to an actual person, and not deal with leaving messages on voice mail, just to never be returned. Donna was the representative that took my call and answered all of my questions and offered additional helpful information, and i immediately made the decision to begin my service. Thank you Donna being very polite, caring and professional . Management has done an awesome job on hiring you.

The representative that took my call was Donna. Donna was extremely pleasant and very professional. She answered all my questions and offered additional information that was very helpful and useful.
