Beware of anything you sigh
I have not had that great of luck with this service, always issues fairly complex system but always having to upgrade cameras or something to eliminate issues, Watch your paperwork very closely as they will try and slip a contract in as if it were a work order, read everything. We have 15 cameras PTZ's, Thermal Cameras, Motion Cameras, You name it, They Do Not Help !!!!!!
Here's the deal, sone how I got signed up for a 10 year contract, if I signed I was not told of this so beware of anything you sigh with them, Read Everything very closely !!!

After years of dealing with the large corporate security companies, working with Watchmen Security Services was a breath of fresh air. The biggest difference is the customer service. You’re treated like a real person instead of just another account number.
The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question without any pressure or sales tactics. Installation was smooth, communication was excellent, and it’s clear they genuinely care about protecting their customers rather than just selling a system. Our lives are very busy with young children and work and their team did a fantastic job juggling our schedule around to accommodate every request.
If you’re tired of the impersonal experience that comes with the big national security companies, I can’t recommend Watchmen Security Services enough. Supporting a local company that delivers this level of professionalism and hospitality was one of the best decisions we’ve made.

Great job, quickly added an additional camera to our existing system. The technician (Zach Creedon) helped us from start to finish with selecting the correct camera and getting it dialed in to our exact needs.

Watchmen have provided a stellar consultation and install service. The system was recently installed and the technician was courteous, informative, and helpful. The level of personal (and might I stress, local) has been great.
