I have had a number of top-notch massages here, but wanted to specifically call out Stephani, who is new to Water House and deserves recognition. She gave a wonderfully healing massage, targeting and relieving trigger points without causing pain. On top of this, she has a warm, kind demeanor and created a relaxing environment in the room. Can't say enough about her care!

Staff at the counters were kind and patient. The business owner was incredibly rude and combative. Won’t be going back.

As the owner, I stepped in personally when we needed to let you know you owed a balance on services that had already been provided. I'm glad to hear that you found our front desk team kind and patient, they really are a lovely crew and if you experienced my follow up communication about your balance owed as negative, that was never my intention. I personally see my responsibility as the owner of a small business to take on financial conversations myself rather than asking my staff to be the bearer of bad news like monies left unpaid or explaining detailed account summaries, etc.

Amazing from the moment you walk in the door. Mallory at the front desk was so sweet and their studio felt a very warm and inviting. I got a massage from Alyx and it was incredible, I left very relaxed

Pretty disappointed with my visit. I decided to try a new lash lift spot closer to home, but the results didn’t last — my lashes lost their curl the same night and looked unchanged. I’ve had lifts before, so I know how they should turn out, and this just missed the mark. The staff were very nice and friendly, but sadly the service itself didn’t deliver.

I'm pretty bummed, I decided to try a new lash lift place a little bit closer to home and was ultimately let down. They had no curl after the service and fell within the night it doesn't even look like I had anything done to enhance them. I've gotten lifts before so that is what I am comparing this experience to but overall did not have a great service, everyone there was super nice tho!

I am not quite sure how I was so fortunate to end up at Water House for a massage, but it was well worth the trip. You know how you always look for the perfect pillow, today this was my perfect pillow. Normally, my go to is a deep tissue or sport massage but I met with Bella a Thai masseuse. The hot towels added a new dimension, it was truly relaxing and therapeutic. I had more mobility in my shoulders and the neck tension was eased as well. All the staff were friendly. The facility has easy access and plenty of parking on the side streets. Marc

Highly recommend massages and the sauna. I’ve met with multiple massage therapists - Regeana, Jenn, Sammy - and am impressed with the quality of the massages and also how everyone listens to what I need. Being a member has tons of perks. I love their community oriented mission. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated and there’s a beautiful area with tons of plants.
