They did not try to sell a bunch of chemicals or propose a replacement of equipment. Very happy now, saving time, effort, water, and Thousands!! Truly Greatful.

Huey, I won't patronize you with the the typical apology we see on business reviews (although I am sorry it happened to you). But I do have a lot to say. We are NOT "garbage service" - every single day, we give everything we've got to make as many pool / hot tub owners as happy as we can. We just can't get to everybody. Tuscaloosa has 4 pool stores - the same four who have been here for 30+ years and more. In other words, no new pool stores in 3 decades but so many additional pools built in that time. All four pool businesses in town work our butts off to serve our community. We are actually all friends with each other and don't even attempt to "steal" each others' customers because we all have more on our plates than we can handle. During Covid, pool businesses were deemed "essential" because so many diseases come from unclean water and our govt leaders understood we needed to work to maintain public water. We, as an industry, have never worked harder / longer than we have in the last three years. So yeah, unfortunately, some calls go unanswered. In a perfect world, there would be no excuse for that. But we don't live in a perfect world. Again, I'm sorry your two calls went unanswered, but I'm thrilled you connected with Paradise. They are good folks, just like the folks at Pool & Patio, Prestige and us at Water Works Pool & Spa are. Happy swimming / happy soaking! Lynn White, owner.
