I called Kevin from Wayne Dalton when my garage door spring broke and he was a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time, having contacted me twice to estimate his arrival time. He is neat and methodical in his work, quickly moving through the job with efficiency that comes from many years of experience in the business. A nice guy who is easy to deal with. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to service a garage door.

fast service was able to help me fix my garage panel instead of needing a whole new door and changed my garage lightbulb without asking, great service communicated well and was respectful

Tim, Jeffrey, D, and the guy that came with Dee he was only 21 sorry for not remembering your name and Mr. Tony were amazing in helping us. As a military family we never know who to trust that won’t treat us with respect but they certainly set the limit on customer service, loyalty, duty and respect. We will definitely never go with anyone other than a member of Wayne Dalton for our everyday garage door needs. Thank you for you service and southern hospitality. God Bless 😃

Had a large garage door that needed a tension fix - the door was coming partway down and then would go back up. In manual mode the door would slam down heavy. Kevin Peacock was my service provider today. He knew the issue in seconds, fixed in less than an hour, got the door (and the second door) lubricated, new pull cords and updated service stickers. So much was above and beyond. He was prompt, had great communication, friendly, respectful, professional and effective. 10/10. Highly recommend.

Wes was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained all the issues we were having and quickly corrected them. He went above and beyond our requested needs to be sure we were satisfied. If we ever need service again we will be contacting Wes!
