WC Hardwood Flooring Co. Inc.

Absolutely best experience with Walter and his crew, who resurfaced our floors and a detailed-made staircase that required delicate labor. Highly recommended, and I will forever use this business for future projects!

Walter and his crew were wonderful to work with. They were efficient and did a fantastic job! The living room, hall and master bedroom hardwood floors were in bad shape. Years of wear and tear, dogs and cats doing their worst, carpeting installed on parts of it, water damage from an old leaky window and simple neglect. I didn’t know if it could be saved with so much damage. Walter found and replaced several areas of our red oak flooring, sanded, stained, applied 2 coats of clear, sanded again and applied the finish coat leaving our floors looking fabulous! I can’t say enough good about this crew and the work they did for us.

This review is long overdue! Walter and his team removed the carpet and installed hardwood flooring in all our bedrooms back in July 2025, and they did a wonderful job! Walter and his crew are very experienced and skillful, the new floors came out beautifully and completely transformed the spaces. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Throughout the entire process, they were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Not only do they deliver strong workmanship, but they are also genuinely great people to work with. Highly recommend Walter and his team!

This is the 3rd floor refinish I've had done in our home the last 27 years and by far the very best experience. Granted it was only 1 room but had been covered with carpet for around 60 years. Walter and Ariel were the utmost professionals. Walter is extremely knowledgeable and is very easy to work with. Ariel is a true professional, and the proof is in his work. Walter promised the work would be completed in 2 days and was right on schedule. Their baseboard work is also excellent. The best refinishers I've ever had the pleasure of working with! I'll be calling on them again in the near future! Thank you!

The 75-year old house that I inherited from my grandparents had hardwood floors that were so worn, scratched, and even burned from a minor accident that I was initially going to just cover them with LVP. But somebody recommended WC Hardwood Flooring as an option to restore them, and I was impressed by their photos. So I called Walter. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made several trips to my house to assess it, provide info, and answer my questions. I decided to do it, and I couldn't be happier. In addition to refinishing my original floors, Walter and his team also removed the linoleum in the kitchen and replaced it with matching hardwood. He also replaced the area that was damaged by fire and reinforced some areas to reduce the squeaking. I was amazed at how beautiful they look now! I am so glad I had this done, and the price was very reasonable -- worth every penny. I highly recommend WC Hardwood Flooring for restoring your worn or damaged wood floors. You won't be disappointed.

Walter and his crew did such an amazing job. We bought a house that needed a lot of work, and the hardwood flooring made such a great difference. Would highly recommend.

Walter and his team continued work on our house that the previous owner had started, however, it was very difficult to get in touch with him. He and his colleague came over to replace some floorboards. They replaced and stained the new boards in a few hours. The stain is significantly darker than the rest of the floor, but we were told it would blend in. A few months in, and it’s still an eyesore. We have since had two other floor specialists visit and they both laughed at the state of our “repaired” floor. They said there is no way it will ever blend in. Walter and his team are amicable, but the work was poor. To be clear, it was not Walter who performed the repair, but his colleague.

I have nothing but positives to say about WC Hardwood Flooring. First and foremost, they offer much lower pricing than some of the other competitors you may find online. While their pricing is lower, their customer service and attention to detail is second to none. The employees were all on-time, and informative when making decisions regarding stains. The repairs and sanding were done exceptionally well. Special shoutout to the owner, Walter, for going above and beyond what I expected in customer service. Would highly highly recommend WC Hardwood for any future projects.

Walter and Ariel were incredibly easy to work with and the quality of the work is phenomenal. We had to modify the scope of the work from the original proposal on the day the work began. Without skipping a beat, Walter adjusted the proposal, obtained the additional supplies and arranged for the labor. Ariel was respectful of our home and personal needs, which instilled trust from our family. We would definitely use WC Flooring in the future and highly recommend their company for all your hardwood flooring needs.

Very competitive and really did a fine job renewing our 30 year old parkay hardwood floors. Would recommend them to any one
