The company maintains a high rating, with owners responding to the majority of feedback. However, lower-rated reviews highlight concerns about high pricing for simple parts or labor, instances of missed appointments, and dissatisfaction with the durability of previous repairs or installation quality.

Prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and they stand behind their work. WD door installed our new garage door over a year ago. We had trouble with a spring and they came right out to repair it. No hassle and no cost for replacement parts.
