My son was in a motor vehicle accident. The car Frisco PD had to take it to their lot impound lot. We needed to find a licensed tow truck company that could help move his car from the Frisco PD storage/ impound lot to another location so we were calling around for a price estimate. Whomever answered the phone this morning when my husband called, was extremely rude. My husband said hello, I’m just calling to get a quote and right away the person who answered cut him off and said are you from Tesla? And my husband asked him to repeat the question, because at first he couldn’t understand him. My husband then responded that he was not from Tesla and that he was just trying to get a quote for our son’s car. My husband then proceeded stating that we we’re just trying to get an estimate for a car that we needed towed from an impound lot, and before my husband could even finish his sentence, the guy abruptly interrupts him and says we don’t do impounds and then hangs up on my husband. I understand and that’s OK if you don’t do impounds but why not just politely state that. Absolutely no reason for the rude lash out and to be hung up on. I thought it was kind of ironic for being called “We Care” towing. They may want to change their towing company name and update their about us section where it says “Our promise is to operate with integrity, compassion, and the Love of God in every service we provide”. (That was one of the main reasons we called them first) If that’s how they choose to interact with people. Extremely disappointing and frustrating after a traumatic experience we had just been through. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I do want to clarify that We Care Towing does not provide impound-lot tows under the circumstances you described. When we do handle a vehicle from an impound location, it is only when the customer is responsible for the tow and is present at the impound yard when our tow truck arrives.
Regardless, I am sorry if the person who answered the phone was rude or if the call was handled in a way that left you feeling dismissed. That is not how we want anyone to be treated.
We are very proud of the We Care Towing name and stand behind our commitment to providing professional service with integrity, compassion, and respect. We truly do care about our customers and always try to help whenever we can.

This guy is a joke. I needed help getting my car off a trailer. A simple task for a tow guy. Soon as he stepped out of the vehicle he told me that he is not liable for any damages and won’t be responsible…. I thought that’s odd we went back and forth because that alone didn’t make sense. As he is half way through the job I proceed to ask him how much. He tells me 250$ for a 15 min job that he doesn’t have to tow anything for.. just pick up and put down. I asked him how he got that figure and he got mad unhooked everything and left me there. I immediately found ABdoz RSA & towing. They were to me in 15 min and charged me 125$ and took him 10 min to do the job. If you got this far save your self from this guy and his attitude and call Abdoz rsa & towing you will be thankful I promise.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am the owner of We Care Towing, and I was personally the driver who responded to this call. I would like to clarify the situation because the review does not provide the full circumstances of what happened.
When I arrived, your vehicle was hanging off the trailer and was completely bottomed out. Based on the condition of the vehicle and the difficulty and risk involved in safely handling it, the price I provided was very fair for the situation.
Unfortunately, the interaction became very difficult and disrespectful. As both the owner and the driver, I ultimately made the decision to decline the service because I did not feel it was safe for me to proceed. I also was not comfortable taking responsibility for any additional damage when the vehicle already had existing damage and was in a difficult position.
My priority is always to provide safe, professional, and responsible towing services. I understand that you may have been disappointed with my decision, but sometimes the safest and most responsible decision is to decline a tow when I believe there is a significant risk of further damage or an unsafe situation.
I appreciate your feedback and wish you the best.
He moved my 2020 Tesla Model X. He knew exactly what to do and even helped me on the Tesla App to unlock and start it for him. Great guy

I can’t say enough good things about We Care Towing LLC! My car needed a tow unexpectedly to a body shop that was far away. The worst customer service I ever see, they were extremely rude to Spanish speaking lady, and when I called, asked me to hold for long time then turned off when I got there they told me they answered my question. They could not explain the fees. Zero respect for this company.
