He’s great- he came and checked on a fly issue we had in our individual unit and sprayed for it on top of doing his usual service for our building. He was generally super helpful and great to work with

Found one small paper wasp nest near front door, took it down, cleansed the area of the pheromones that would bring the wasps back, and continued around the entire exterior of our home including the eves and foundation.
