Customers frequently praise the company for punctuality, clear communication, and detailed reports that include color-coded photos and contractor links for home inspections, sewer scopes, and specialized testing. Execellent job! Went over everything with me in great detail. They also seem to really like what they do, which is a plus. Definitely recommend 👌🏾
Fantastic! The inspectors were knowledgeable and also able to explain things to us. They were quick but efficient. I highly recommend them.
We have used Weatherstone three times in the past and chose to use them again because we wanted peace of mind when making such a significant investment in our new home. Unfortunately, after our inspection was completed and we received the keys to our home, we discovered several major issues that had been missed during the inspection. We reached out to Weatherstone to address these concerns, and the owner, Matt, came out to the property. However, rather than providing meaningful solutions, our concerns were dismissed. I also sent follow-up emails seeking a resolution, which went unanswered. The purpose of hiring a professional home inspection company is to identify potential problems before closing, allowing buyers to make informed decisions and protect their investment. Discovering significant issues after receiving the keys was extremely disappointing, especially given our previous experience with the company. What has been most frustrating is not only the missed items, but also the lack of follow-through, communication, and accountability when we raised our concerns. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Weatherstone. We hired them for peace of mind, but unfortunately, the service and response we received fell short of what we expected from a professional home inspection company.
Very good in-depth inspection with detailed explanations along the way.
Great service
Saved me from making a bad purchase!
The guys that came to the property were very friendly and thorough. Highly recommended!
Thank you for your kind review Andre!
These guys were professional, timely, extremely thorough. All of the problem areas were color-coded with pictures and descriptions of the severity of the issue with links to contractors to help you fix the problems. When the inspection is done, I got the report and the inspector went through the entire report with me. It was extremely helpful and I highly recommend them.
John, we are so glad to hear you had a positive experience with our team and we thank you very much for the kind review!
Exceptional service! Ive had two inspections done by Weatherstone in the last two years and they were both phenomenal. They are so thorough, so nice, so patient, and the inspection report at the end is insanely detailed with scores next to each issue found according to priority. I would never go elsewhere to get an inspection done!
Wow such a kind review! We are so happy to hear you had a great inspection; its our pleasure to provide you with continued excellence and attention to detail for your report!
Mike and Raphael were so great. They are both very knowledgeable and shared so much information with us. They pointed out so many things and gave us suggestions. Their inspection was extremely thorough. Also Dani and Joe were great on the scheduling side. They were patient and understanding when we had to change our appointment. The team there is great! What a pleasant experience.
Hey Janet! Thank you for the fabulous review! We are happy that you had a great experience with the Weatherstone Team and wish you all the best on your new adventure!
