Athena with Weber Flooring was very professional and a joy to work with. We had carpet installed in three bedrooms in one day. This is the 2nd time we've worked with Weber over the years and we have been very pleased with them. The installers were excellent and paid attention to detail while being quick. After measuring the job, selecting the materials, and providing a quote, the company entered into negotiations with me. I ultimately accepted the quoted price. However, after I agreed to the price, the company withdrew its offer, refused to provide the services, and advised me to contact another company. The company provided little to no explanation, and the decision-maker refused to speak with me. Very disappointing and unprofessional customer experience.

Pat and his team did a good job with our entryway tile. There were a few issues with some air bubbles showing up in the grout while drying, but the issue was resolved the day after with expertise precision. Thanks!

Weber Flooring / Joe's Carpet We recently had the pleasure of working with Weber Flooring / Joe's Carpet Co. in the Northland. George Walker, Sales Consultant, was excellent in helping us through the process. He's intelligent, has product knowledge and is a joy to work with in getting this done. On top of this, George communicates with you, never leaves you hanging. It was a lot of work and it's our feeling everyone put forth a strong effort in completing the overall task. The primary work was scheduled for: First Floor: Remove existing carpet. Get floor ready for next step. Level out the entire floor. Install the Luxury Vinyl Tile, Paramount Bliss 7.36x48. Second Floor: Remove all existing carpet. Get floor ready for installation. Install the Berber Woven Pattern Knitted Tone Blue. Stairway - Remove carpeting. Get ready for next step. Install the Berber Woven Pattern. After completion, go around and complete the task for 98 Spindles. A very tedious job. The first crew came in on time and proceeded to handle all areas outlined. Job was well done. We are thrilled! The second crew came in early and proceeded working very hard. This continued throughout the day. Excellent work ethic for sure. When I first saw the second team it was apparent George knew he had to bring in the "Big Guys", the team who had the many years of experience. They were very knowledgeable and it showed throughout the day! We got to know the second team by evening and learned the older Brother has 36 years in the flooring business. He trained his younger brother on the job. They work together extremely well. Their enthusiasm for their job impressed us and inspired us. Excellent work Ethic! This second team ended up working a solid 11 hour day!!! They never complained. We are so happy with our house, our beautiful floors, so bright and cheerful. It looks brand new! We Love it!! My husband especially enjoys no "Squeaky floors" at all!!! We Love our house and look forward to many more years. Thank you all so very much to each one of you. It is a pleasure to have known you. My carpet purchase and installation from Weber Flooring/Joe's Carpet proved to be a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Athena promptly addressed any and all questions I had prior to the installation appointment and just as promptly checked in after the appointment to make sure the job met my satisfaction. The installation team did a fantastic job! They were focused on the work the minute they arrived, efficient with both the carpet removal and installation processes for an entire family room, bedroom and closet, and left the rooms spotless when they finished. This carpet refresh looks amazing thanks in no small part to the consistent communication from the sales team and the exceptional workmanship of the installation team.

Excellent all the way through! Our daughter just got married. 13 days before the wedding, when we were expecting 12 guests to stay in our home for a week, we discovered a roof leak that had worked its way through the walls of our home (no water spots on the ceiling/no puddles on the main floor) down 2 stories and emptied out in the back of a closet in a basement guest bedroom. The ceiling was caved in. The back wall and paint were ruined. The carpet was starting to grow mold. I found it on a weekend. A family of 4 was supposed to stay in that room. We were hosting the rehearsal reception for approximately 40 in our home that now smelled musty! I called 2 places that were open on the weekends—neither could help us. Weber Flooring opens at 9AM on Mondays. I spoke with Pat at 9:15. It was now 11 days to the wedding (10 days to rehearsal reception and 8 days until out of town family started arriving). Pat had someone over within 90 minutes to measure the room! New carpet was installed 4 days later!! Our contractor fixed the ceiling, repainted and the room was brand new… just in time for our guests! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Pat and Weber Flooring! You saved the day!!!
