Clients frequently describe the firm as efficient and personable, noting that attorneys clearly explain complex legal terminology and answer questions patiently during estate planning, probate, and real estate transactions. Reviews highlight reasonable flat-fee pricing and prompt scheduling, with staff members praised for their helpfulness and professional demeanor. However, low-star ratings from divorce and litigation clients cite a pattern of poor communication, billing discrepancies, and a lack of preparation for hearings, contrasting with the positive experiences reported in uncontested family law matters.

Peace of Mind for My Family’s Future!
Working with Webster & Garino LLC to set up my trust, will, and healthcare power of attorney was an outstanding experience. Estate planning can feel overwhelming, but their team made the entire process clear, efficient, and straightforward. They walked me through every detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure my family's future and my healthcare wishes were fully protected. I couldn’t ask for better peace of mind. Highly recommend their estate planning services!

Lynda - Thank you so much for this wonderful review! It truly means a lot to know that you had such a positive experience with us. It was a pleasure working with you, and I sincerely appreciate your trust in our firm and your kind recommendation! ~ Carla
Lez the receptionist is amazing. She represents the company well. I haven’t spoken with an attorney yet. But if the attorney(s) are anything like her, I know I will be pleased with the service. First impressions do count

Thank you for leaving a review and letting us know your experience. She's amazing and we are forutnate that she's part of the WG family.
I called on a Monday with a minor question. I reached Lez right away. She was helpful and personable. She got me scheduled for a quick call with William Webster on Tuesday morning and I had what I needed before lunch on Tuesday. I would highly recommend this office for your estate planning/ probate law needs!
I will be a repeat customer.

Will Webster, with Webster & Garino LLC, was very responsive to review a unique real estate purchase agreement for me. His expertise was extremely valuable in ensuring I was entering into a fair and equitable agreement. I would highly recommend!

Thanks for your review and glad we were able to help!
I needed to re-do my durable financial POA, my Health Care Representative, and a Transfer on Death for my owned home in Westfield. I consulted several lawyers and settled on Webster & Garino, LLC, and was super pleased. Their flat fee for my documents were more reasonable than others, and they were super efficient, professional, thorough and personable. I highly recommend them if you live in or around Westfield IN.

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for trusting Webster & Garino LLC with your estate planning needs. We wish you all the best and appreciate the opportunity to serve you!
I engaged this firm for two distinct legal matters: a Trust issue and a Licensing matter, paying a full upfront fee for one and a significant deposit for the other. Unfortunately, the service did not align with the professional standards or the specific attorney expertise promised.
Trust Matter & Oversight Failure: Although the contract was for the senior attorney’s expertise in Trust law, she delegated the entire case to a junior associate. I was only permitted to ask the senior attorney a single question during the entire two-year period that she only half answered, she remained out of the office and unavailable for any further consultation. The junior associate admitted he was still "studying" to gain competency in Trust law and frequently deferred to positions that contradicted established law, a fact later confirmed by an Appeal.
Licensing Matter: While the junior associate was assigned to the Licensing matter, the process took over two years to complete. By which time, state laws had changed rendering the paid service essentially unnecessary.
Conclusion: Once my initial deposits were exhausted, I was advised to seek new counsel because I expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of senior oversight and the delegation of specialized Trust work to unspecialized staff. I found this to be a complete loss of the funds invested and more due to the Appeal. I cannot recommend this firm for complex Trust matters.
