I had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Bretta and Emily at a wedding last weekend, and they were both AMAZING! From start to finish, they were organized, professional, kind, and so easy to work with. You can truly tell how much care they put into making sure everything runs smoothly and that the couple and their guests have an incredible experience.
As a fellow wedding vendor, having coordinators who communicate well, stay on top of everything, and work so seamlessly with the vendor team makes such a huge difference. They were both wonderful to work with, and I would absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for a wedding coordinator or someone who will genuinely go above and beyond for them!

Bretta made our magical elopement even more seamless by providing an excellent, heartfelt ceremony. Bretta was extremely communicative, approachable, and professional. She provided the most beautiful elopement ceremony scripts for us to choose from and gave us the option to edit or add in any custom vows we desired. She travelled nearly two hours from Indianapolis area for our brief elopement ceremony and we are so incredibly grateful we found her for our special day! We could not be more happy with our experience with Weddings by Bretta!

I could not have been able to plan and execute my wedding if it hadn’t been for Bretta and Emily. They coordinated meetings, orchestrated the rehearsal, asked questions I didn’t know needed to be asked. They took care of every detail so that I could enjoy my wedding day! When it came to the actual day I did not have to think about a thing, everything went so smoothly. Emily was an absolute gem, she took care of everything behind the scenes and also officiated the wedding. It was a gorgeous ceremony and excatly what I envisioned. I could not be more grateful for her!
Bretta killed it! She gave a list of scripts to choose from, and all of them fit our personality in some way. She did it completely virtual for our meetings leading up to the wedding. She was on time and on point for the ceremony. I recommend booking her! She’s responsive on email and text.

Originally, we thought we would have a friend get ordained and officiate our wedding, but ultimately decided we wanted someone experienced to guide us through such an important part of our day. Choosing Bretta was one of the best decisions we made, and we had absolutely no regrets.
From the very beginning, she made the entire process so easy and comfortable. She gave us options, listened to what was important to us, helped us customize our ceremony and scripting so it felt personal and meaningful, and guided us through all the little details we wouldn’t have even known to think about. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, responsive, prompt, and professional every step of the way.
On our wedding day, Bretta was simply amazing. She brought such a warm, calm presence to the ceremony and made everything feel natural and effortless. Afterward, several of our guests went out of their way to tell us how wonderful she was — which says so much!

i would never ever ever ever ever want to get married without bretta!!!!! my husband and i got to enjoy a 100% stress free wedding all because of her!!!! i would have missed so many details and been sooo unprepared without her guidance. she worked her booty off once the wedding got closer to ensure everything with my vendors, no stress to me. communicated perfectly. she arrived so early so that i worried none about the venue set up, vendor arrival and set up, people organizing, and question answering. she executed the most beautiful wedding with beautiful timing. every little thing i asked of her (last minute for the tripod set up hehe) she didn’t hesitate at all and has the calmest demeanor. she has no problem getting weddings done and without missing a beat. oh and all the while she took the most gorgeous photos of the wedding she helped me put together. more than worth it, truly couldn’t have done it without her!
Bretta was absolutely amazing! As soon as we spoke to her over the phone, we instantly knew she was going to be our officiant. She is a very eloquent speaker, and our ceremony went so smoothly because of her. She was so responsive to any questions we had and was very helpful throughout our planning process. Bretta was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. I’ll be honest, I was probably a bit of a bridezilla right from the beginning and asked for extra clauses in our contract, but she handled everything with so much patience, professionalism, and care. She even took it to her attorney and came back with something that made us both feel comfortable and confident.
On the day of our wedding, she arrived early, calm, and completely organized. Before we even realized she had arrived, she already had our marriage license ready for us. That kind of thoughtfulness and attention to detail meant so much on such an emotional day.
The ceremony itself was beautiful. Bretta worked with us to create a script that felt personal, meaningful, and perfectly us. I had read it so many times beforehand, but somehow, hearing her speak those words officially still brought me to tears.
