In reading some of the one star reviews, we had the same issues as other brides. We have had the hardest time getting someone from Weddings Unlimited to resolve the issues we had on our wedding. Most of our wedding photos were not good in quality, there were a few that were okay. Our wedding video was really dark on the second half of the video. The VW photo booth bus arrived at 8pm (our wedding was over at 9pm) when we requested an arrival time of 1pm. The “LOVE” letters that were supposed to be displayed and our monogram for our dance floor NEVER SHOWED UP! I have sent a lot of emails including the President Michael Vayner and they seem to delay the reason they haven’t resolved the issue with the refund we are owed. I have given them multiple opportunities to resolve my our issue, but we are not receiving anymore communication from anyone. Our photographer and videographer were very nice and professional, but for the price you pay, they should have each had an assistant. We signed up with Weddings Unlimited at a bridal extravaganza and received some discounts for signing up that same day. At the end of the day, the discounts were not worth it at all. My wedding was beautiful, but as the bride, this company fell short and made me fell really bad on my wedding day. When we received our wedding photo and video, I felt even worse. We had to reach out to them to see if they could send us some better photos. We can never get those memories back! We paid in full for our services and we did not receive what our contract stated, nor did we receive what was advertised at the wedding extravaganza. Brides do your research before you choose a photographer and videographer, not everything looks nice and sounds good is actually good. The picture included in my review is the only picture I have by myself in my wedding dress and there is a bright light covering half of my face. UPDATE 01/17/2024 - well over a year after our wedding day- We never received a refund for the items that never showed up to our wedding. As a matter of fact, Weddings Unlimited is still charging us a fee for the Photo Booth that only showed up for 30 minutes or so. They also tried to re-edit the picture below but the edit looked even worse. UPDATE 07/23/2024 - We never received our refund for the services that were not provided by Weddings Unlimited. We never received further communication from the company and they still owe is the money for the services they didn’t complete per our contract plus out wedding album. This company owes us almost 1/3 of the total amount that we paid. They have pretty much kept our money. Do your research before hiring a large company. UPDATED 05/2025 - still no refund or communication. UPDATE 09/09/2025 - We heard from the new Weddings Unlimited team and we expressed our experience with their company. After speaking with them this past July 2025, we never heard back from them. We were hopeful to have a resolution, but nothing was done. UPDATE: 10/23/2026 - After our last conversation with new management in July 2025, we never received a resolution or response. We were told then that their company did not have the approval or funds to reimburse us for most of our contractual items that their company never fulfilled. An email was recently sent to the new management and we have not heard back. I don’t think we would be in this type of situation if we were not owed more than a thousand dollars from this company. They have basically ignored our contract which in our opinion makes us feel that our money was stolen.

⭐ 1/5 Stars — ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! DO NOT TRUST WEDDING UNLIMITED WITH YOUR WEDDING MEMORIES!<br><br>If I could give Wedding Unlimited ZERO stars, I absolutely would. Booking this company to capture one of the most important days of our lives was one of the BIGGEST mistakes we made during our entire wedding planning process. From the lack of professionalism and communication to the absolutely unacceptable quality of our photos and videos, this experience has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE.<br><br>Let me explain exactly why I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.<br><br>First, THEIR VIDEOGRAPHER WAS LATE TO OUR WEDDING! Not only did this cause unnecessary stress on an already busy day, but it forced us to rush and delayed the start of our wedding. To make matters worse, the company apparently didn’t even have the correct contact number for me, so the videographer was attempting to contact the WRONG PERSON! How does a professional wedding company fail to verify something as simple as the client’s contact information before their wedding day?<br><br>We attempted to contact Wedding Unlimited multiple times that day and could not reach ANYONE. Even their OWN photographer and videographer were unable to get in touch with the company! Imagine paying professionals to capture your wedding, only for everyone involved to be scrambling around trying to figure out what is going on.<br><br>Because the videographer arrived late, everything was rushed. We missed out on meaningful getting-ready footage, proper video introductions, and other special moments that should have been captured. These are memories we will NEVER get back.<br><br>And unfortunately, the photography was just as disappointing.<br><br>There were no pictures taken of our food, our guests enjoying their meals, or several important parts of our reception. But what hurts the most is the complete lack of quality couple portraits. Out of our ENTIRE wedding, we received approximately 12 pictures of just the two of us together, and the quality of those pictures was absolutely HORRIBLE.<br><br>TWELVE! From our WEDDING DAY!<br><br>The lighting, editing, clarity, and overall quality of our photos and videos were beyond disappointing. Everything looked dark, poorly edited, and extremely low quality. I’ve seen better pictures taken on a cellphone. These were NOT the professional wedding memories we paid for or expected.<br><br>And here’s where the experience gets even worse.<br><br>After the wedding, despite the issues with their late arrival and the disruption it caused, they had the AUDACITY to hassle me about paying for the photographer’s and videographer’s parking. They seemed more concerned about getting reimbursed for parking than acknowledging how badly they had already inconvenienced us.<br><br>Then came the waiting game.<br><br>It took OVER THREE MONTHS just to receive our wedding photos and approximately FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS to receive our TWO videos. One video was only about SIX MINUTES LONG, and the other was simply a trailer.<br><br>Four and a half months of waiting for THAT.<br><br>And during that time? THE COMMUNICATION WAS PRACTICALLY NONEXISTENT.<br><br>Immediately after our wedding, communication from this company became a complete nightmare. We were given no clear timeline for when we would receive our memories. My DJ actually had to reach out to them to ask about their turnaround time because we couldn’t get answers ourselves!<br><br>We called. We texted. We emailed. We left voicemails.<br><br>NO RESPONSES. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.<br><br>We eventually had to call their NEW CUSTOMER INQUIRIES number just to get someone to answer the phone! Apparently, getting someone to answer when you’re a potential paying customer is much easier than getting assistance after they’ve already received your business.<br><br>And even when we finally reached someone, we STILL didn’t receive the help we needed.<br><br>We were repeatedly told our photos would be delivered on certain dates, only for those dates to come and go without anything being sent. We constantly had to follow up, call, and email just to get them to honor their own promises.

Almost a month of emailing and no response. Had to give them a call and was told “the person was on vacation last week, so that could be why I didn’t get a response.” Unacceptable when the person I was on the phone with was also the person I was emailing?!! This is not how you should be behaving when my wedding is next week and I need professionalism and help, which is what I am paying for.<br><br>I was told my emails of songs for the DJ. Would be forwarded to him weeks ago, and he called me yesterday and said he never got anything. LUCKILY, I spoke with my DJ who reached out to me, is actually amazing!

DJ Alejandro was exceptional! I was honored to have him there on our most special day!

If could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! DJ Wolf and Photographer Shelly were AMAZING! I honestly couldn't have asked for a better DJ and photographer for our wedding day. Shelly was so attentive, helpful, and detail-oriented, making sure everything went smoothly and those special moments were captured. DJ Wolf kept my crowd HYPE the entire time! There was never a dull moment.<br><br>I truly cannot thank them enough for the incredible job they did. They both went above and beyond and helped make our special day everything we hoped it would be and more!

A friend recommended Weddings Unlimited to me when I started looking for photographers for my wedding. I'm so happy she did! Their pricing was way better than any other photographers I researched, and having the peace of mind of working with a company that has multiple photographers and redundancies in place to make sure our photos were saved immediately after the wedding was one less thing to stress about in the wedding planning process. We got paired with Martina, and she was fantastic to work with! She kept things moving quickly, and was able to help us pivot when the weather got wonky. I would highly recommend using Weddings Unlimited.

This place is a one stop shop. A God send for those planning your own wedding. One vendor…several different services. My engagement photos were by Bea. They turned out great! I used several of them at the wedding. My wedding team was Leo(photographer), Eliel (Videographer) and Alejandro (DJ). They all sent messages introducing themselves prior to the wedding date and encouraged me to reach out if I needed anything. My sneak peeks looked great! I can’t wait until I receive my final photos. Each one of them came highly recommended and they didn’t disappoint.
