Very rude snobby bus boy / cashier. Didn’t even stay to eat due to how snobby the boy acted as if he was better than me and my friend. I guess it’s because we aren’t college students but actually older. If you’re over 30yrs old Good Luck if you decide to go there!!!

Hello Cindy. We have investigated this claim and must clarify the facts, as this review contains significant inaccuracies and appears to be posted to the wrong business location.
First, we do not employ bus boys at this location; our service model relies entirely on front-counter staff. Second, our security and management staff confirmed that you were not a dining guest, but rather requested to use our facilities. Our team simply enforced our standard policy that restrooms are strictly for paying customers, at which point you chose to leave.
Because you did not patronize our establishment and have targeted the incorrect location, we have flagged this review for removal.
Really wish I could give a 5 star, but I can't because my burger was soooo greasy I had to wipe my mouth after every bite. After half way, I just couldn't do it any more because of all the grease dripping off of it. Their onion rings were good though. This place isn't for me so I won't be back
UPDATE: I gave them 3 🌟, but just took one off because now I have diarrhea just a few hrs after eating 😕

We take food safety incredibly seriously, but we must contextualize what was ordered. A 4x4 burger consists of four fresh beef patties and four slices of cheese. This heavy combination naturally contains a high concentration of fats and oils.
A sudden digestive reaction shortly after eating a meal of this magnitude is a common physiological response to a massive, sudden intake of rich fats, rather than an issue with food safety. We stand by the freshness and quality of our ingredients, and suggest ordering our standard double or single options for a more balanced meal next time.
This was my first and my last time coming here. The Oklahoma burger was burnt and the cheese fries were horrible and cheese tasted old. Burger nothing as advertised. The burger&cheese were both blacken burnt and the caramelized onions were burnt as well put on top of the burgers. Best thing was the shake and the onion rings. Spent 51$ plus a little tip and honestly I'm super ticked off at this place

Our favorite burger spot in Louisville. I've been telling everyone I know if you want a good burger come here, it hits everytime. My kids love it too. I love that there's so much to choose from and I've enjoyed the crown royale and the Philly cheesesteak burger with flats. My boyfriend gets the burger with 5 patties and loves it everytime
Burgers are my favorite food!!! Everytime I come here my food is great!!! They never drop the ball, if so it's something super small and is corrected immediately. I will say they are in my top 2! I recommend them Everytime!!!!

Fabulous burgers. Nothing fancy about this place but the exceptional burgers. Crowded at lunchtime for a reason. Service was fast and good. I had the Oklahoma burger with tots. Delicious 😋 I had patti melt today. Probably best I've ever had.
