Tim and his associate were super nice and very helpful. I called a 5 other companies who were not able to help or lets say didn't want to help. Tim was quick to come out the next morning and repair the issue rather quickly and was real easy to work with and they did a great job. Will forever come to them in the future for any issues. I called Well Watchers and Tim was quick to answer the phone and let me know he would be out shortly. Super speedy response. Reason for the visit was for some unknown well issue and again, I could not ask for a nicer and more informative person. Super friendly and explained everything and what the issue was. For a situation that could and can be super stressful knowing you might have to drop a lot of money to have something fixed he makes it very friendly and relaxed. Will always be my go to for well anything!

Called these folks on a Sunday for emergency service…said they couldn’t get to me until Monday early am…called again Monday at 11 and was told “well if we didn’t call you then we don’t have time for you”

Thank you for your feedback. At Well Watchers, we take emergency service requests seriously and always strive to assist when possible. When you contacted us on Sunday, we explained that our schedule was fully booked, but that we might be able to get to you on Monday and would call if a spot became available.
Since there was no confirmed appointment and our Monday remained full, we were unfortunately unable to reach out or provide service. We apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding this may have caused.

Had service done about 3 years ago. They’ve installed a new well pump that did not match the flow of the previous one. Long story short the new pump end up stopped working less then a year later and they’ve installed a temporary pump until they could figure out what was wrong with the original replacement. I’ve contacted the company numerous times and have been more than patient during these 2 years of requesting information on my pump and the pipes they left uninstalled for the well.

I was absolutely impressed with Well Watchers!! I was in a panic to find muddy water coming out of the sink and bathtub. Something as simple as not being able to wash your hands makes one appreciate clean water.
But, who could I call on a Friday afternoon that didn’t charge extra for weekend work or would be available this late notice?
Well watchers swiftly came to my rescue. With their expertise, knowledge and professionalism they were able to diagnosed the problem quickly.
Not only did they fix the problem but they also provided maintenance tips to help with further issues. I highly recommend Well Watchers for anyone in need of a well repair or services. Great customer service from the start. Pleasant "normal" people that aren't commission based. Replaced my well in a day for a fraction of the cost. They even helped me with a problem that came up after the new install at a faucet on the other side of the property. I seriously can't say enough good things about them.

If I could leave 10 stars I would! My husband and I are EXTREMELY thankful for this company. With this cold winter weather our well water just stopped working. We called them and they were able to help us figure things out. They were patient and really helpful. Definitely a trust worthy company who deserves much support.

Well Watchers was extremely helpful with my well problems. Helped me diagnose everything over the phone and do the right steps to repair the problem. When other companies would’ve preferred replacing the pump, they helped me fix it! Wonderful business 11/10 service and extremely patient!
