Wellnitz is easy to work with and schedule services. Our trees are doing well and potential problems are resolved via their aborists and botanists.
Thanks Sandy!
I cannot recommend Wellnitz Tree Care highly enough, especially Jesse. His knowledge of trees is truly exceptional. This is not a company that simply shows up, gives a quick quote, and recommends tearing everything down to make a sale. They genuinely care about trees and take the time to understand what is happening, explain it clearly, and recommend what is truly best for the tree and the homeowner. Jesse was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. It is rare to find a company with this much expertise and integrity. If you need any kind of tree work or an honest assessment, Wellnitz Tree Care is absolutely the company to call!
Thanks for the wonderful review! We would expect no less from Jesse or any of our other employees!
All team members were knowledgeable and courteous. Job was done efficiently with thorough clean up.
Thanks Margaret!
My Ash tree was measured and prescribed the right treatment dose for the ash borer bug. I’m happy, my tree is recuperating.
Thanks!
We at Turner Community Garden are delighted with the help from Wellnitz. We need wood chips to mulch our garden paths and wooded areas. Jesse has been delivering clean chips to for the past. Two years. Thanks Jesse
Glad we can help!
Could not be happier with the service received from Wellnitz. They pruned my young trees and cleaned up all debris when done. They also treated one of my trees for scale, but I was most impressed with their expertise. They explained why my trees were having trouble and welcomed my questions - even taking the time to show me how to find and remove a girdling root that was strangling the tree. Everyone was professional, prompt, and friendly. I felt that the price for services was reasonable and I will definitely recommend them to my friends.
Thank you Donna!
Christian and his team were amazing. They showed great respect for my property. They also understood how I was feeling about having to cut down my willow tree. They love trees and it shows in their work. Wellnitz will be my go to from now on for tree care.
Thank you Kelly!
The team at Wellnitz Tree Care surpassed all expectations when I called with a very unusual request involving a cat stuck inside of large tree. I had tried calling several arborists and tree care services in the area, including city and county services, only to be met with generic answering services, uninterested receptionists or clueless scheduling agents. Right off the bat, the office team at Wellnitz Tree Care listed to my concerns and conferred with their skilled tree care team to devise a safe and effective solution for my unique situation. They went above and beyond to visit my home, fully addressing my issue and tree care concerns, after their normal business hours on the same day I contacted them. Everyone who I spoke with at Wellnitz Tree Care was caring, friendly and professional; traits that are sorely lacking from many service providers these days. I'll be contacting Wellnitz Tree Care for all of my future tree care needs!
Thanks J!
Short version is I am very happy with the quote process and working with this company. Wellnitz quoted quickly, and answered ALL of my questions about the 4 trees in question. I asked for changes and tweaks and they were extremely professional and responsive to my requests. Our only hiccup was getting Evergy to clear limbs near our power line, which took months and large tree limbs to fall in our neighborhood, as well as arcing from the tree limbs in question during a storm. Wellnitz called Evergy multiple times to get the process going. We ended up having Evergy chop down the trees in question by under the power lines, but they left all the debris. I contacted Wellnitz, and they were able to send guys out the very next day to clear all the debris and trim the remaining trees. We also had our Ash tree treated, which is good for 2-3 years. The payment process was very easy by online and by phone (I was billed as services were rendered which was great for me and probably for them). I found they had very fair pricing compared to others.
Thank you!
Tree Trimming was great and cleaned up everything
Thanks Glenn!
