Wendy was absolutely wonderful to work with on our recent VA home purchase in Southeast Missouri. From the very beginning, it was clear how much she cared about her buyer and making sure he found the right home.
What I appreciated most was how well we worked together as a team. Wendy communicated throughout the entire transaction, stayed on top of the details, and was always willing to strategize with me when we needed to work through something. VA transactions can have a few extra moving parts, and having a Realtor who understands the importance of communication and teamwork makes such a difference.
Wendy truly advocated for her buyer from contract to closing, and it was a pleasure helping her client purchase the home he plans to make his last home.
Wendy is a great Realtor, and her experience shows in the way she handles a transaction, communicates with everyone involved, and looks out for her clients. I would gladly work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in Southeast Missouri.
