Para mí, mis perros son parte de mi familia, y saber que están en manos de alguien que los trata con cariño, paciencia y profesionalismo me da muchísima tranquilidad, además tiene muy buen precio y justo para cada visita. I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this veterinary office. We truly thought this was a veterinarian we could rely on because we had previously brought my mom’s cat here and trusted them with our pets. Our cat, Milo, has a known heart condition, which the veterinarian was aware of. Despite knowing his medical history, Milo was given a steroid injection and was also prescribed steroid pills. Afterward, we learned from Milo’s cardiology team that steroids were a concern given his heart condition. This situation caused us a tremendous amount of stress and resulted in additional veterinary expenses, including having to contact and follow up with his heart doctor because of the treatment he received here. What was even more upsetting was how the situation was handled afterward. When we called the veterinarian about what happened, all we received was an apology. There was very little accountability beyond that. We were not even offered a refund for the visit despite everything that happened and the additional medical bills we incurred. We were told that he would only refund us for the steroid pills he prescribed. We trusted this veterinarian because of our previous experience bringing my mom’s cat here, but after what happened with Milo, that trust is completely gone. It left us feeling as though this office may be fine when dealing with an otherwise healthy cat, but we personally would not trust them again with a cat who has a serious medical condition that requires extra consideration when prescribing or administering medication. I also feel that other pet owners should be aware of our experience, especially anyone whose pet has a heart condition or another serious medical issue. Ask questions, make sure your pet’s complete medical history is being considered, and if your pet sees a specialist, consider confirming medications with that specialist beforehand. When you trust someone with your pet, especially a pet with a known heart condition, you expect their medical history to be carefully considered before medications are administered. This experience was extremely upsetting for our family, caused us additional medical expenses, and made us feel that Milo’s health was put at unnecessary risk. We will not be bringing Milo back here.

I have been bringing my fur babies to DR. Padilla for more then 10 years. He is not only a terrific and knowledgeable vet but he is also very compassionate to the furparents as well. I trust my cat with Dr. Padilla wholeheartedly. I have Epilepsy and he is understanding and patient with me and doesn't mind answering any questions that I may have, even if he has to repeat himself to me. I highly recommend Dr. Padilla for all of your fur babies.

I first brought Miss Kitty there 7 years ago. I was very impressed.

Brought in a motherless litter rescued in 2018. Adopted my second cat here. Now I have 5 and the everyone really do go above and beyond. Prices are good, staff is friendly and accommodating, doctors are AMAZING. Dr. Padilla is great (plus he has funny jokes!) And I trust them wholeheartedly with my cats!
