Complete Master Bathroom
The installation was great, the crew was very helpful and asked my opinion when making decisions! They also did a great job of cleaning up! James H and Damond G were super friendly. I highly recommend them!
I know that West Shore great really great reviews, and I am sure they generally are a good company to work with, but I unfortunately did not have a good experience, which looks like it is going to cost me $800 more on a single window job. They had to order multiple windows (2 or 3) as they kept getting wrong size, which was annoying, but mistakes happen and they made good one it, so thats all OK. I chose the 1 year same as cash (why not? free money!), which I assumed would start when the job was complete. Nope, they charged it after the first failed window, but the job was not completed until months later. I put a reminder to pay it on my calendar for a date after it expired. So, yep $800 interest. I have had a dozen of conversations with them to make this right and they have done nothing and just ignore me now (leave messages with promised call back, but nope). To make it worse, I don't really like the window. It is supposed to be energy efficient, but it has a blue/green tink that I don't prefer. Oh well.
Great installation, 2 great workers. Ben O. and Ricky K. Did a fantastic job. Two very professional young men. My walk-in shower looks great. When my floor gets finished I will show you a picture of before and after.

Mason H, Brody B. & Josue M did a full bathroom install from scratch! Very professional & efficient- bathroom turned out beautiful and was exactly the vision we had! If all West Shore Home employees are this good- we highly recommend!

The installers did a profession job and worked on the project until they were done. I would recommend West Shore Home in a heartbeat. The front entry door is beautiful and they did a great job. Thank you guys.

We received a Estia 2-Lite Patio door, internal blinds. James P and Tyler J showed up right on time. They were both Professional and fun. The entire process took about 6 hours, all while James was fighting off Lantern flies. (He was not Happy)
We would highly recommend West Shore Homes to Everyone.
