Edit: there's nothing to discuss. Your site manager knew what he was doing would flood my yard and he shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do about it. My review stands.
While doing work in my neighbors yard, they have disregarded city ordinance and bylaws and completely trashed my yard. We will have flooding issues from the work they've done.

Western DuPage completed a full backyard revamp for us recently. It included drainage, hardscaping, significant landscaping upgrades and grass removal/ install. The process was seamless with them. From initial conversations and meetings to the actual plan development and execution, we were in the loop and very impressed by their crews and project manager.
I thoroughly enjoyed the design process and could not be happier with the final product. A shout out to Matt E for his design expertise and attention to detail.
We will definitely use Western DuPage for the front of our house next year!
