I’m very satisfied with the work that’s been done to all of my vehicles. I like that they email me a health inspection report of my vehicle so I know what I need to take care of urgently or what can wait. It seems I’m always setting up appointments last minute and they have always been very accommodating and that’s very appreciated.

WEA patched my tire at no charge because I bought my tires there. I appreciate the inspection. The work was performed within the day that I booked my appointment. No hard sell for repairs that can be put off until later.

I love that they do a diagnostic, so you know what needs done. The staff is friendly and will keep you updated as they need. They even can help you decide what is NOW, and what is "OK, maybe later." Professional service with personal attention. Front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they are willing to discuss options that fit within your budget. The service technicians are top-notch, their experience and technical know-how is outstanding. Unlike most repair shops in the AV, they honor their agreements and back their work.

I have had both my Subaru and motor home serviced here. They do excellent work at a reasonable price and their customer service is over-the-top amazing!

I absolutely love coming here for my auto needs. Everyone at Western Edge makes you feel welcome, they do great work, and above all, they are honest. Fair pricing and when I go there I know I won't need to revisit with the same issue. I've been going here for a few years now and don't see that changing anytime soon.

Needed a new transmission for my Mazda3, they got me one of the few that were still available in the midst of a supply shortage. Great service!!

I had the unfortunate experience of having my Lexus break down on the 14 heading up to Mammoth. I got it towed to Western Edge Auto and they took care of the repairs.
