Western Edge Auto Center

Best service friendly I would recommend them any day Western edge good stuff

I’m very satisfied with the work that’s been done to all of my vehicles. I like that they email me a health inspection report of my vehicle so I know what I need to take care of urgently or what can wait. It seems I’m always setting up appointments last minute and they have always been very accommodating and that’s very appreciated.

Had a great experience with them. They diagnosed and fixed my halfshaft issue. They also did a full vehicle inspection and found some brake and rotor issues I had overlooked. They were honest and upfront with the necessary issues that needed immediate attention.

For the last five years yes I said 5 western edge has taken extremely good care of me and my vehicle I thank the entire team for all you have done I appreciate you I acknowledge you I thank you 🫶✌️🫶✌️

Great service! Highly recommended!

So caring and always eager to accommodate their clients. What could be stressful is peace of mind!!Thanks family!!

Great place and really great people. One of the last joints around that still feels like the “old Antelope Valley”- meaning they grew up here, they remember your name, they love America, they are honest, they do great work, and they exude that ‘small town’ manner that used to be so prevalent in our community. They repaired my vehicle in two day and the best part they lent me a car while mine was fix, fair price…..

After several years living in the A.V., Western Edge remains my go to for my automotive service needs. They worked on my Jeep this time around and after discovering a possible concern they asked to hold my vehicle overnight as they wanted their senior mechanic to have a look at it the following day since he was off… Read full review

I had recently made an appointment through them for an oil change and tire rotation. I needed a ride to work and they were able to take me while I waited for my car to be ready. I love that they do a diagnostic, so you know what needs done. The staff is friendly and will keep you updated as they need. They even can help you decide what is NOW, and what is "OK, maybe later." I've taken all my over the road vehicles, yes, even my horse trailer to WEAC and been completely satisfied with the… Read full review

Brought my wife's Chevy Traverse in for maintenance. Had them do a full inspection which was very comprehensive with detailed information and photographs. I had them do some needed work on both front and rear brakes, flush out steering lines, brake lines, injector cleaning, change oil and change cabin filter.… Read full review

Thank you for such a great job.

I had an A/C issue and I had an idea of what was wrong. They listened to my concerns and then investigated the entire vehicle very thoroughly. I was then sent a report of additional items of concern that were found above and beyond my A/C issue. There was no hard sell and only recommendations of services needed but… Read full review

Overall an amazing company, and employees. Melissa and staff went above, and beyond to help us!

My experience here was 5 star rating. From the first day I walked in to day I received my old ford ranger back! Running, and feeling better than ever. I’m happy to have her back on the road and it’s all thanks to the team at Western Edge. The moment I walked in, I felt the feeling of “I came to right place”. An… Read full review

I have taken both of my cars and my daughter's car to Western Edge Auto Center for maintenance work, minor repairs and very complicated repairs. When I leave the shop I feel confident the job was well done on the car. The staff is friendly, professional, caring and honest. I love the fact they send me a copy of the… Read full review

Professional service with personal attention. Front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they are willing to discuss options that fit within your budget. The service technicians are top-notch, their experience and technical know-how is outstanding. Unlike most repair shops in the AV, they honor their agreements and back their work.

I can always count on Western auto. They do good quality work and are always professional and friendly.

AGAIN Excellent communication. As in the past, I really appreciate the thoroughness of the inspection report on my RV - I was able to prioritize the immediate needs that needed to be addressed and have returned to have the remainder of the repairs completed. Melissa and her staff are so kind and professional with… Read full review

I absolutely love coming here for my auto needs. Everyone at Western Edge makes you feel welcome, they do great work, and above all, they are honest. Fair pricing and when I go there I know I won't need to revisit with the same issue. I've been going here for a few years now and don't see that changing anytime soon.

From day one and first job I knew these were our people to take our cars for maintenance and repair. Quality work for below dealer prices. Great communications. We have been there many times since our first visit. Never disappointed.

Melissa you were awesome! The whole experience was great and I'm truly grateful for you and Western Edge for installing a new engine, plus all the other repairs on my vehicle. I'm just sorry that I didn't bring my vehicle to you guys before. Thank you so much 💓

I've been coming here for years! Melissa is awesome and she knows cars. I've never been disappointed. They may be a little more expensive then other places, but you're paying for their experience. This last trip was an emergency repair. I absolutely had to get my car back the next day, and Melissa made it happen. I… Read full review

This is the best auto repair shop in the area. I take all three of my cars here for servicing and no where else.

My whole family brings their cars to Western Edge. They are very honest about what you need to get serviced, and what you can wait on. I never feel pressured to get something done on my car, which happens at other repair shops. Pricing and repair times are very transparent and Western Edge does their best to get… Read full review

Better tire prices than Costco, and I've never had to take a car in for the same issue twice here. Thorough, professional, with pictures to back up their recommendations.

Very informative and educated staff. The health check and estimate process we experienced with our motorhome was extremely easy and fast. The services and repairs were spot on. Highly recommend.

Had an 10 am appointment but I wasn't serviced until 1130. But in their defense this is not normal operating procedures. However, when my car was finally worked on I was out the door in 20 minutes. Melissa is my service advisor and a great one at that. She is the only reason I was able to practice any decorum as I… Read full review
