They installed a new water heater but damaged the outdoor water heater shed. Told Victor who did the job and he acted like it was not a problem but did not even bother to try and fix it, now when it rains water gets inside on bottom where he bent it.

5 Stars — Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I couldn't be more pleased with my recent experience with Western Rooter and Plumbing. From the initial appointment and evaluation through pricing, scheduling, and completion of the work, the entire process was exceptionally well organized, efficient, and professional. The work involved cleaning two exterior drainage lines, one by hydro-jetting and the other by snaking. A special acknowledgment goes to Christian Pelto, who performed the work. Christian was outstanding — punctual, conscientious, thorough, neat, efficient, easygoing, and a pleasure to work with. He approached the job methodically and professionally, clearly taking pride in doing things right. Equally impressive was the company's communication throughout the process. I received timely updates regarding scheduling, arrival times, who would be performing the work, and follow-up afterward. There were no surprises, and I always felt well informed. It's refreshing to work with a company that combines excellent workmanship with such responsive customer service. Western Rooter and Plumbing exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommended!
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Joe from Western Rooter! Joe showed up at my house right at 8:00 AM to install a tankless water heater and a new shower valve. Before getting started, we talked for about 20 minutes and went over everything, and then Joe got straight to work. I have an older home, so I already knew there were probably going to be some challenges. Sure enough, Joe ran into a few issues along the way, but he handled every one of them professionally and never let it slow him down. He did an excellent job getting my new tankless water heater installed and working properly. After that, Joe came inside to work on my shower valve. He took the time to lay down drop cloths and protect my home before starting the work. Of course, he ran into a few challenges with the older plumbing, but once again, Joe figured it out and got the job done right. I couldn’t be happier with the service, craftsmanship, professionalism, and overall experience. Joe clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows. If you’re calling Western Rooter, ask for Joe! Not only will you get great plumbing work, but you’ll also get a great experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be asking for Joe again the next time I have any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!
I was impressed that they came to my house within hours of my calling your company. They found the source of the problem, addressed it and were done right away. The cost was was extremely fair. They did not try to find additional problems.
