I had called several companies today to get quotes for removing a few beehives and dealing with bees that had started going into the unfinished fascia on my house. Out of everyone I spoke with, Emmitt truly stood out. He called me back the same afternoon and, when he found out how difficult the situation was becoming for me and my dogs, he told me he was only about 30 minutes away and would come take care of it right away.
From the moment he arrived, Emmitt was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. He took the time to explain everything to me, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the process. His work was thorough, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about solving the problem correctly rather than rushing through the job.
Thanks to Emmitt, my patio is finally usable again, and I have peace of mind knowing the issue was handled properly. I am extremely grateful for his quick response, excellent service, and professionalism. If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend them and especially Emmitt. Thank you again!

Jordan Dionisio2 reviewsiTotal number of Google reviews Jordan has written across all businesses on Google Maps, not just this one.
I called Western Termite, and the lady who took my call was kind enough to fit me in on a Saturday for an inspection and quote. Emmitt came out and thoroughly explained the termite and beetle damage he found under my house. He recommended the appropriate treatment and repairs needed for the affected wood. Emmitt was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain his findings and the treatment process. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Western Termite based on my experience.

Western Termite — The Gold Standard for Pest Control
After six years without an inspection and facing significant personal and financial stress, I was incredibly wary about hiring a pest control company. However, Western Termite exceeded every expectation.
-Expertise You Can Trust: Emmitt is a true master of his craft. His inspection was the most thorough I’ve ever seen. He identified every area of concern and provided a comprehensive, easy-to-understand proposal.
-Unbeatable Value: For the level of "superior" service they provide, their pricing is remarkably affordable.
-Elite Customer Service: The office support is just as impressive. When I emailed questions, Danielle didn’t just send a brief reply; she scheduled a follow-up visit for Emmitt to walk me through every detail in person, ensuring I was 100% comfortable before moving forward.
-Local & Reliable: As a locally owned business that stands firmly behind their work, they offer a level of character and connection you simply won't find with larger corporations.
I didn't just find a contractor; I found a team I can trust for life. If you want the absolute best in the business, look no further than Western Termite. They are in a league of their own.

Solid, knowledgeable, on-time, and friendly service from John Kunkel, out of the Yuba City office. Competitive rates and no upselling. Danielle in the back office helpful and prompt.
John's truck and contents showed the kind of order and care you would want from anyone servicing your home. He came prepared with protective coverings for his shoes when working inside the home.
Response from the owner · 2 months ago
Thank you for the review Will. We take pride in the quality of our work and are happy that was reflected to you.
