Dr. Jenna Strebe is amazing and we appreciate all of her help and care with our girl. Highly recommend, everyone who works here is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone needing a vet in the Chippewa Valley.
Great place...Great Doctors..
They failed to help me when I needed them they don't seem to be able to do much like a real veterinary place. I guess if you need shots or medication but otherwise not much help if you need real help they send you somewhere else.
Update 9/2/26 My dog loves going to the vet, and today was no exception. She got 5 or 6 vaccines today, and was still wagging her tail at the end of our visit. She loves people and treats, so that definitely helps, but the staff there say hi to her, give her pets/attention, and treats, and all of that helps. The staff are so good with my pup, and I know she gets the care that she needs. ------------------------------------ I've only just walked in with my pup and started the process of getting her to be a patient there, but we already love it! My dog, Tillie, got lots of pets and greetings from multiple employees, got treats, and even a toy (I don't think that's an aways thing, but it was cool regardless). We even got a compliment on the bandana I made her 🥰🐾 We're so excited to have our first appointment there in the future.
Absolutely amazing experiences every time I go! Dr.Olund, Dr. Strebe , and Dr. Bauer have all been absolutely fantastic for all three of my cats. From routine care, dentals, and unexpected urgent care visits they have never been less than amazing! Cup thanks you for helping him feel better this week even when it was unknown what’s was making him sick! My baby’s back to normal! Cup, Ronnie, Ned, and I are so happy you’re our vet clinic!

Westgate was amazing for my 2 pups most recent visit. The receptionist (Lilly) was very helpful checking us in and when I told her my senior dog had an accident in the car she got me supplies to clean it up. Even gave my 3 year old daughter stickers! All the recipients were so sweet and said hi when they saw us. Ashten and Jenna the techs were so gentle and friendly with my pups. They even offered to trim my younger dogs nails and got a mat out of his paw for me. Dr Bauer was great at explaining everything and was so gentle with both dogs. I really enjoy the days I get to bring my pups to Westgate. All around an amazing experience!
They're very friendly and take good care of my animals and have good communication. One time when bringing my pup into the vet they were traffic controlling the pups in the area for an aggressive dog and they kept not only the aggressive pup a comfortable distance from other dogs but communicated to me and other pet owners what was going on.
