I cannot recommend Rachid enough! He assisted us with a massive move from a San Francisco apartment out to a house in Mill Valley, and then stayed to help deep clean the apartment afterward. It was a grueling 12-hour day, but they worked tirelessly from start to finish with an incredible, positive attitude. Communication was seamless, they handled all of our boxes and furniture with care, and the place looked spotless when they were done. Would definitely hire again!

What really stood out was that he took the time to carefully dust and clean our vintage crystal chandelier from the 1950s. It absolutely sparkled when he was finished and looked better than it has in years. He was kind, easy to communicate with, punctual, and clearly takes pride in his work. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated the care and effort he put into making the home look its best. Rashid and his team handle the turnover cleanings for my Airbnb and the difference shows in every guest check-in. The place is always left spotless, organized, and truly guest-ready. Beds are neatly made, linens and towels are fresh, kitchens and bathrooms are perfectly cleaned, and everything is reset with care and attention to detail. He understands exactly what a short-term rental needs between guests. He’s reliable, fast, and consistent. I never have to worry about the condition of the property before a new guest arrives.

Rashid from Westlake Luxury Cleaning was sent to me by my electrician to assist with a full deep clean of my home post-construction. He was extremely friendly and punctual, he came by earlier the day to do a full walk-through on what I would like to be done and came back later on the same day with his crew. They were all very professional and knew what tools to use to get rid of hard to remove marks on the walls. They were also very thorough in their cleaning process, from scrubbing my stairs to getting hard to reach places like the ceiling of my stairway which would normally be forgotten about. Overall, I highly recommend Rashid and his crew and would most definitely hire him again for my future annual cleaning!
