They were able to figure out why my hard drive was running at max usage and sometimes the computer wouldn't even turn on. Now my computer runs so much better and faster that it's got a new hard drive. If feels like a huge upgrade compared to when I first bought the computer. Thanks for the help!

I first took my computer to bestbuy and when they couldn't figure it out I knew had to find a place that was more specialized with computers. Looked around and found this place close to my house in north ridgeville so gave them a shot. Well done Westshore Computer Repair Services you got my business for life. I'm so happy to have my laptop back running with zero problems.

This computer repair company is one of a kind! I called them on a Thursday morning with a computer issue then they got me on their schedule that same morning. The computer tech came out to my house and took a look at the problem. They noticed a lot of other issues in the background going on so they took it back to their computer shop. I got a phone call an hour or two later that they figured out the problem and gave me the price and I said yes. They said it would take about 4-5 hours and they put me on the schedule for later that day. Never have I gotten my computer repaired in record time and the pickup and drop-off was included. I don't have a clue where the wires go and how to hook up everything so this was the exact kind of computer repair service that I needed. I'm in North Ridgeville and it's hard to find any computer repair company that does all that. I did see another place and called but they were drop off only. I will be telling my neighbors and friends about this place. Job well done and in record fast time! I'm still in shock at how fast they got me my computer back!
A friend used this company for their computer repairs and seeing how I'm located in Westlake I gave them a call but was able to find another place in Avon that got me all taken care of. They did call back which is very rare for places to do now a days so If you got computer problems at least this place this call you back and I've heard a lot of good things about them from my neighbor in Westlake.
I just moved to North Ridgeville Ohio and was in desperate need of computer help ASAP. I called a couple places but it was so difficult to find a place that would come out onsite to help me setup my computer at my new house. I finally stumbled on Westshore computer repair and luckily the do onsite, what I did not expect was they would come out the next morning! They were able to figure out my problem relatively quick and even answered a TON of tech related questions I had about my wifi and phone. Turns out my security wasn't the best because I was using a very old router so I asked if they could setup a new router for me and they do that too!! It's hard to find a good reliable service computer service company but this place is the real deal. They not only helped out with my computer, my phone and my wifi too. The internet speed I'm getting on my computer is blazing fast. I'm also going to have them upgrade my computer in the future because it's about 8 years old(still does what I want) but it doesn't have Windows 11 yet and I keep getting that popup almost everyday. Thanks Westshore Computer Repair, I'm certainly going to tell everyone in North Ridgeville that you are the best computer repair service company near that is simply amazing. I'm a very satisfied customer!

My computer started running slow, wasn't sure what was going on so I restarted it then once it came back on and I tried to access the internet I was bombarded with pop ups telling me my computer was infected with viruses and malware and all kinds of things. I knew this was out of my realm of expertise so gave this place a call. From start to finish this place was very professional and honestly very quick too. I use my computer for a lot of bills and they got me up and running by the following afternoon. If I am in need of any other computer repairs or tech problems this is the place I'm calling.

I had an amazing experience with this company! I'm in Bay Village so was searching for computer repair near me and they popped up, had good reviews, so called. They answered right away, I was able to drop off my computer the same day and got a call back later in the afternoon. My computer had so many popups I could barely use it. When the technician called back they explained everything very simply to me about backing it all up, wiping it clean then getting it back to better than new.
