Westside Atlanta Towing at a glance

Customers frequently highlight the company's rapid response times, often arriving within thirty minutes, and note clear communication regarding vehicle status and pricing. Reviews indicate that staff provide helpful guidance, such as advising on minor issues to avoid unnecessary towing costs, and handle vehicles with care. While the service is generally described as professional and affordable, one low-star review cites a failure to return a call after a voicemail for a jump-start request, indicating a potential issue with follow-through in specific instances.

Man OG Mr. Terry is the best in the city. Had to call him at 8:30pm last night, on a Thursday, he was there within 30mins. We had a Honda Civic break down, then otw home, the other car broke down. He made the situation easier than any other company in the area. Make him your FIRST CALL. 💪🏾
