WMS replaced all the screws in the roof of my 30x80 metal shop. They estimated the job would take a 3-person crew 3 days. It actually took slightly less than 2 days, and we had even added some significant repairs to the peak cap.
The crew is creative, disciplined, and efficient. I have a couple of other roofing and HVAC projects that I will certainly use them for.
Edit: After the excellent work on my shop, I asked if they could help me erect a "Pod Roof" kit I bought to make an equipment shed. This is not their main business, but the same crew that did the shop did it in record time. I certainly will be using Westside in the future, maybe even for the main line of work ;-)

Discovered at night, I had a large, growing water puddle on my basement floor, from the A/C condensation, and the condensation pump was continuously running but had the red alarm light on.
Technician Seth from Westside Mechanical responded first thing the next morning. He replaced the failed pump, found the pesky water flow obstruction, and swiftly had my HVAC system repaired and functioning correctly.

They gave an honest quote and stuck to it. The guys were very knowledgeable and courteous.

When the heating/cooling equipment at our condo failed during one of the recent hot spells, Westside was the only entity that we could find to replace a ductless unit. They were very responsive initially, and ordered the unit needed as soon as we paid the deposit. The time estimate was 3-6 weeks, and we were notified at about 6 weeks that it was in. They arranged to install it on Labor Day, and showed up promptly at 8 AM and got it installed.
