Had a full engine swap done; very happy with the service and work. Super accommodating with our circumstance, work done within a few weeks, and in line with the original quote. Was even updated along the way with pictures to show why some additional parts needed replacing. Would definitely use again (hopefully not for another engine 😬) and will recommend to other boat owners at the lake!
Hands-down and absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I worked with David throughout the entire process and he consistently gave updates as they were working on the boat and went above and beyond to thoroughly check everything to make sure it was 100%. Will definitely be coming back for all boat services!
Bringing a boat to this guy is a huge mistake . You’ll bring a boat for something small and end up leaving with a racked up bill. And the. As part of that hefty bill he will supposedly give it a thorough lake test , but a minute after you bring it out to the water for the first time after , your boat almost sinks from taking on so much water and every warning light being on. Also spent 2 hours vacuuming out my boat because the guy kept it under a tree and leaves were piled in it.’The guy will take no responsibility, and quote you with yet another hefty repair. On top of that parts of my boat were taken off and I keep it in an individual secured storage building besides when it’ was at his shop. The guy doesn’t have a gate or cameras so anything is possible there. Finally when you express concerns he will text you at 2 am cussing but won’t answer his phone or be at his shop for you to grab it. There’s some good reviews but i know I won’t recommend him to anyone. There’s much better shops in the area
I took my boat in for a bad power steering hydraulic issue. Dave was able to get it fixed up as well as put in a new bilge pump. Everything works great!
Dave and his crew are professional, on time, and you can count on what they tell you as being right. They also do not gouge you or do work that is done just to Jack the price. Most honest marine dealers I’ve dealt with. Good service.
