If you need HVAC work done, Ivan at Whirlwind Heating & Cooling LLC is your guy. I used him on one of my jobs and the dude showed up, handled business, and made my life way easier—which, as a contractor, is basically all I ask for. 😂
Great communication, solid work, and no disappearing into the HVAC witness protection program halfway through the job.
10/10 would call Ivan again. Five stars because Google apparently won't let me give six. 😂

Thanks, Deanese! The HVAC witness protection line gave us a good laugh. We're glad Ivan made the job easier with clear communication and solid work. We appreciate you trusting us with your project and would be happy to work with you again!
The repairman was knowledgeable, personable, and left me knowing more about my heating, air-conditioning and, fireplace than any other repairman. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend this Whirlwind Heating and air-conditioning. C. Donald

Thank you, Charles! We're glad the visit helped you better understand your heating, A/C, and fireplace. Taking time to explain things and answer questions is an important part of the job. We appreciate your recommendation!
I am impressed with how well this company treats it's customers.... Over the last year I have met 3 employees and the owner(who did my install). In this economy and my personal situation they really went the extra mile with pricing. I highly recommend Whirlwind to anyone when looking for service or replacement!!!

Whirlwind Heating & Cooling has been a pleasure to work with. They are dedicated to helping their local high school athletic programs. Thank you for the support!
I was referred to WhirlWind after my AC went out and I cannot express how happy I am that I did not go through the company that my home warranty required me to use. My home warranty required diagnosis by NW Sundance and they told me the compressor cost between 4-5k and said "they just go out" when I asked questions. Nik at WhirlWind came out and showed me exactly how the compressor would have gone out and how to prevent it from happening again! He quoted me 1/3 of the price NW Sundance - I requested a "cash-in-lieu" payment from the home warranty and used WhirlWind instead and saved over $400 by NOT using the other company. I would not hesitate to use WhirlWind, highly recommend!
The HVAC and AC are working fine so far. The only issues I had were 1) I asked for some kind of written instructions how to use the thermostat for the HVAC and the technician gave me a pamphlet but it didn’t actually have any instructions on how to use it. And 2) when they came to give us a bid they assured us that they would take the plants that were in the spot they wanted to place the new AC unit and move them to another spot. I didn’t expect them to actually replant the plants, if they’d just saved them that would’ve sufficed. But they didn’t move them or even save them for me to move. They just discarded them. If they’d told me they weren’t going to save them I would’ve paid a landscaper to do it. But now it’s too late. I felt like they just told me what I wanted to hear during the bidding process and then immediately disregarded it.
