I’d say I am lucky that I ran into Brian when i ran into a issues with my computer. Brian was extremely professional and thorough throughout the entire repair process. I brought my PC in for a motherboard replacement, and he kept me updated every step of the way. When additional issues came up (cooling and fan noise), he took the time to properly diagnose them instead of rushing the job. The computer is now running like new. Communication was clear, pricing was transparent, and he answered all my questions without any pressure. 10/10 service!! Highly Recommend!!!

We’ve been using White Box for right around 20 years, probably longer. I think we were probably one of their first clients. We regret not writing this sooner. Brian has installed countless computer systems for us throughout the years, including our camera systems and helped us get out of many problems. He was always extremely responsive and I’m glad small businesses like his still exist. You don’t get this level of care anymore these days unfortunately.
